    SUMMARY: Responsible for the receiving and refiling of returned medical records along with the retrieval of requested documents on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for physically lifting boxes in and out of the racking system based on assigned projects according to the records retention policy.

    QUALIFICATIONS: Must have Valid Driver’s License. Forklift/order picker certification required. Experience in a warehouse environment preferred. Training of forklift, order picker and pallet jack equipment preferred. Experience in a warehouse with Records Storage background is preferred.

Position requires candidate to perform HVAC service calls and/or general maintenance duties as required, to effectively service and maintain residential air conditioning systems; and perform general maintenance service calls and other skills as required, to include, but not limited to, installation, repairs and maintenance to building, facilities, and service equipment.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Detailed teardown and repair of control valves, actuators and positioners. Reassembles, tunes and setup associated hardware; technician will apply their skills and aptitude to repair, install, troubleshoot, and perform planned maintenance and corrective tasks on valves, actuators, stem seal, and other related components.
    • Perform general maintenance work on valves, actuators, pumps, and fluid flow systems.

    SUMMARY: Work with gravel, asphalt, tar and other construction materials in order to construct roofs. Must have the ability to handle and operate machinery and tools that are required in construction work.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: It involves heavy lifting, as well as climbing, bending, and kneeling. Work outdoors in all types of weather. Unload materials from truck and unroll roofing material. Lift roofing materials onto roof using pulleys or ladder. Clear debris from roof. May operate hand and power tools and variety of other equipment and instruments. Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials. Support position to include grading dirt, running a tamper, setting forms, and tying rebar. Other duties as assigned.
    QUALIFICATIONS: Valid driver’s license required. Shingle experience required.
