Please come prepared with two forms of identification when you come to our offices to apply for a job.

Housekeeper

All office cleaning duties.

  • Housekeeping - Must be able to provide all housekeeping duties. Also must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Welders

  • Certified Welders - 30 - 40 hours a week. $18-$19/hour. Must have at least 1 year experience and valid driver's license. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

CDL Driver

  • CDL Class A Drivers - Must have experience in dump trucks, end dump and belly dump. Pay rate will depend on experience. Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Apartment Maintenance

* Rate of Pay: $8.50/hr
* Schedule M-F (8-5) and on-call every other Weekend.
* Needs experience in plumbing, electrical, maintenance.
* Must have own tools.

Certified Welder and Ironworker

* Rate of Pay: $12
* Schedule: 40 hours/week

Electrical

  • Apprentice Electrician
  • Journeyman Electrician

Iron Worker

Looking for 2 Iron Workers with at least 6 months experience, and experience in metal buildings.
*Pay: $11.00/hr
*Schedule: 7-3:30; Full-Time
