    SUMMARY: Performs bookkeeping duties such as coding, recording, posting and processing day-to-day transactions. Processes one or more of accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. Maintains and updates accounting records.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
    Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
    Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
    Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
    Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
    Maintains historical records by filing documents.
    Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
    Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS: Must have knowledge of Quick books, Excel, Work and office procedures. Preferably with background in certified payrolls, accounts payable and receivables.

  • Journeyman Electrician - Rate of Pay: Depends on Experience

    SUMMARY: Consist of installation, alterations, additional and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the electrical construction industries.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
    •Reading blue prints, running conduit, wiring devices, troubleshooting, and performing quality control testing.
    •Reading and interpreting mechanical, architectural and electrical drawings and code specifications for determining wiring layouts.
    •Troubleshooting, testing and repairing emergency generators and various electrical systems and power distribution systems to ensure that they are working properly.
    •Performing upgrades or preventive maintenance to electrical control systems or remodeling projects at residential homes.

    • Providing valuable advises to the customers regarding the maintenance and use of equipment.

    • Discussing, in detail , with the customers the specification of the product and services available .

    • The rental clerk must possess the ability of listening to others effectively along with a proficient skill of communication .
    • Should be keen in maintaining the records of all the customers and must have the ability to organize all information potentially as well.
    • Must maintain and initiate all customer accounts with all required information to allow future collection action if needed
    • Must conduct rental transactions as accurately and as possible to insure customer satisfaction and business profitability .

    • The rental clerk is also expected to support our regular retail customers as well, and provide support to our floor team when not directly involved with a rental customer.
