Largest employer in El Paso
At the present time, our organization has approximately 130 employees in three different states. By entering into a relationship with a PEO, we have been able to provide a consistently high level of benefits to our employees with in turn helps us retain valuable people on our employees' needs business, knowing employees' needs are being addressed adequately and professionally by our PEO.
Since I started using a PEO, I no longer have to be concerned with payroll and benefits related issues. It also allows me flexibility with I undertake a new construction or project to balloon my workforce from a few to dozens, or to decrease my staff size upon completion, without the attendant employee related headaches. With my PEO attending to those issues, I can concentrate on running my rental property business.
The greatest advantages of using a PEO for our not-for-profit organization have been the abilities to offer a benefit program that enables us to "compete" with larger employers in our area; to receive assistance with the legal aspects of employment; and to have a source to which we can turn for personalized HR guidance. The use of the PEO has enabled us to enjoy professional administration of our HR needs. Thanks to our PRO, I am confident that the important needs of our staff are dealt with professionally, timely, an with great expertise - they are not "put on hold" while we deal with pressing business issues. Our Staff, our Board of Directors, and I truly value our relationship with our PEO.
Our PEO helps us to ensure that we obey Federal and state employment laws, thus minimizing our legal exposure. Additionally, they help us determine fair compensation policies and assist us within relate issues arise amount our staff. Our PEO acts as a confidential sounding board on management practices, provides benefits program, and saves us time by handling accounting and payroll functions.
My association with our PEO has relieved me of the paperwork, payroll, and human resources responsibilities for my 36 employees and has allowed me the focus on training and motivation. This change has made us a mach more production company. The morale of my entire staff has improved because they now have benefits such as health insurance, 401 (k), life and disability, and all the other services make available to them through the PEO. I am happier, and so is my staff. It's a win-win Situation.
