Administrative Assistant w/knowledge of Quick books (Part-time)

Work Schedule: Part-Time

SUMMARY: Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. You will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. You will deal with highly sensitive company and employee information. Responsible for accounting duties of the office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Answer and direct phone calls. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Responsible for payroll and reconciling bank statements using Quick books software. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. Assist in the preparation of basic office functions. Develop and maintain a filing system. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have previous customer service and administrative support. The successful candidate should have excellent computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.) skills. Knowledge of Quick books is a must for the function of your job duties. Task-oriented. Good time-management skills. Attention to detail. Bilingual English/Spanish a must.
