Boiler Tech

ROP: $40/hr.
Location: West El Paso
Work Schedule: Full Time
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing boilers in 274 unit community.
• Related plumbing repairs needed as well.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experienced in Commercial Boiler/Hydronic heating systems for large apt. complex
• Experience as Licensed Plumber a plus but not a must.
• Timeliness (5 -10 minutes prior to each shift)
• Professional demeanor and well groomed
• Weekend availability and holidays.
• Reliable Transportation
