CDL Class A or B Driver – Heavy Equipment & Construction Transport

ROP: $17/hr. – $25/hr., Depends on Experience
Location: Various Locations
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday with Occasional weekends

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a reliable and safety focused CDL Driver to transport construction equipment and vehicles between job sites and company facilities. This role is ideal for a self motivated driver who is comfortable handling a variety of equipment, trailers, and jobsite environments with minimal supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
• Safely transport medium and light-duty trucks, excavators, skid steers, loaders, backhoes, water trucks, paving machines, forklifts, rollers, and related construction equipment
• Operate and maneuver various trailer sizes and types, including flatbeds, lowboys, tag trailers, and equipment trailers
• Properly load, secure, and unload equipment in compliance with DOT and FMCSA load securement regulations
• Perform thorough pre trip and post trip inspections of vehicles, trailers, and cargo
• Maintain safe driving practices in highway, urban, and jobsite environments
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and jobsite personnel
• Complete required paperwork, logs, and electronic records accurately and on time
• Identify issues proactively and take initiative to resolve or report them
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience in construction, heavy equipment transport, or paving operations
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, ELDs, and inspection requirements
• OSHA or safety training certifications (a plus, not required)
