Clinical Research Coordinator

ROP: $25/hr. – $35/hr.

SCHEDULE: Full time
Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Research Coordinator with a nursing background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting clinical research projects by coordinating various aspects of the study process. This position requires a strong understanding of clinical research protocols, hands on nursing experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and study participants.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee daily operations of clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct patient monitoring throughout the study, ensuring participant safety and adherence to study guidelines.
• Collect and analyze data from research participants, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards throughout all phases of the research process.
• Assist in the preparation of study materials, including informed consent documents and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project management.
• Provide training and support to research staff on study protocols, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field is a plus.
• Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to clinical research.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in data analysis software is preferred (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with clinical research or laboratory settings is preferred.
