Concrete Foreman (Las Cruces, NM)

ROP: $35/hr., Depends on Experience
Location: 505 Venture Dr. Las Cruces 88007
Work Schedule: Full Time, 8AM to 5PM No Weekends
Job Summary: The Concrete Foreman supervises all foundation construction activities associated with a large industrial furnace installation. Responsible for layout verification, formwork inspection, concrete placement coordination, and quality control.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Direct daily concrete crew activities.
• Review foundation drawings and elevations.
• Verify anchor bolt locations and embeds.
• Coordinate inspections and concrete deliveries.
• Monitor finishing and curing operations.
• Enforce safety procedures and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain project documentation and daily reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years industrial concrete experience.
• Experience with equipment foundations preferred.
• Ability to read civil and structural drawings.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
