ROP: $12.00 /hour + Quarterly Bonus
Location: West El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Days vary, must be flexible. Hours from 1:00pm – 6:00pm & 6:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. shifts
SUMMARY: Prepare, season, and cook a variety of foods.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Keep kitchen clean and organized by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Prepared and served various food items in fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate checklists to keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and sanitary.
• Cooked regular menu items and seasonal offerings according to corporate standards and guidelines.
• Set up and prepare cooking supplies and workstations during opening and closing to maximize productivity.
• Maintained clean, hygienic kitchen workspace by sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have Food Handler’s card and 2-year work experience as a cook.
