Counter Sales Advisor

ROP: $12/hr., Depends on Experience + Bonus
Location: El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Full time, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Organize and provide a comprehensive customer service, provide information, develop monitoring orders and generate quotes and ensuring total customer satisfaction.
• Make sales by phone or over the counter. Set goals daily/weekly sales to ensure compliance with the monthly sales goals.
• Providing excellent customer service and monitor the delivery of orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Make requisitions for special orders and other materials that normally do not have in stock.
• Support customer care seller to monitor prices or quote in the absence of them.
• Contribute additional materials and services to customers.
• Review daily cash cuts and verify invoice control and deliver to the administration area.
• Perform planning and support delivery of orders with the output of drivers according to their allocation of material delivery.
• Attend to customer request for materials, hardware, and coordinate their respective delivery.
• Assist in the recovery of overdue loans to customers at the counter.
• Follow-up bill collection for timely implementation.
• Support for physical inventories.
• Give the tax information for billing customers.
• Any other tasks as assigned.
• Participate in training programs as well as briefings of results and performance evaluation processes.
• Ensure the best service and total satisfaction for the client (internal and external) according to company Philosophy.
• Always work with the business philosophy based on Mission, Vision, Values, Ethics Code, Quality Policy, Job and Law Restriction, as well as to policies and general procedures of the company.
• This job position for the development of their duties requires frequent internal relations with: At staff involved with warehouse, sales and administration.

• Other responsibilities will be added as needed.
• Bilingual(English/Spanish) a must.
• 3 years of experience in sales.
• The ability and desire to sell.
• Knowledge material related with steel
• Office Software.
