Drafting & Design Coordinator (Full-Time)

Rate of Pay: $18/hr., Depending on Experience
Location: Central El Paso Area (In Office)
Work Schedule: Full Time, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

JOB SUMMARY: Well-established construction company seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member for a full-time position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Drafting swimming pool designs
• Landscaping design
• Social media management
• Assisting with job/project management
• Other Duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience in CAD drafting with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks, Creo, Autodesk Inventor or Pro/ENGINEER.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, system design, and construction processes related to pools or similar structures.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME codes & standards for mechanical systems.
• Skilled in technical writing, schematic development, 2D animation, and assembly modeling.
• Knowledge of FEA tools for structural analysis and system optimization.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics accurately while adhering to project deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
