Lead Maintenance Operator

ROP: $Depends on Experience, Salary Base negotiable
Start Date: As soon as possible.

SUMMARY: Maintain equipment in operating conditions at all times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and execute the preventive maintenance program.
• Take preventive maintenance program to a level of predictive maintenance.
• Address down times in an expeditious manner.
• Eliminate down time in the operation.

KEY TASKS:

• Maintain the operation running in a smooth and efficient manner through the execution of a predictive maintenance schedule.
• Maintain records in an organized manner.
• Maintain machine shop in an organized manner.
• Maintain equipment running at all times.
• Identify and correct opportunities for predictive maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Maintain professionalism, quality, and adhere to Company values at all times.
• Experience as a Journeyman Mechanic (Required)
• Experience as a Journeyman Electrician (Required)
• College or Technical Degree (Preferred)
• Bilingual, Englis/Spanish (Preferred)
• Punctual with a flexible schedule
• Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and spoken)
• Ability to transfer knowledge
• Quick learner
• Organized
• Disciplined
