Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Northeast El Paso
Work Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:30pm, occasional weekends and on call
ROP: $37,000/salary, Depends on Experience
Job Summary: Manage and assist in the completion of the day-to-day activities, involving the maintenance, renting and eviction of apartment complex.
Essential Job Duties: Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain apartment complex. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and performs scheduled maintenance repairs. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Responsible for managing and assisting in renting and eviction process as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Previous related experience in maintenance is required. Supervisory experience desirable. Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation. Valid HVAC Certification required. A Texas Apartment Association Membership a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
