Master Mechanic

ROP: $20/hr. – $25/hr., Depending on Experience
Location: El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Full time
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform major engine, transmission, and drivetrain repairs
• Supervise and mentor junior mechanics
• Ensure all work meets industry and safety standards
• Test and verify repairs before vehicle release
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on mechanical experience.
• Advanced diagnostic and repair skills
• ASE or equivalent certification preferred
• Ability to work independently and lead other technicians
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Valid driver’s license
• Great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work
