JOB SUMMARY: For over 37 years, we have been the leading provider of high-quality screen-printed products in the southwest. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office/Customer Service Manager to join our team and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Front Office/Customer Service Manager to oversee our front office operations and customer function. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to quickly problem solve. The Front Office/Customer Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our front office operates smoothly and efficiently. This position reports directly to the VP of Operations and is required to have a high degree of professionalism when representing the company to staff and customers.
JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Manage the daily operations of the front office, including managing order processing and intake.
• Represent the VP of Operations and owner when conducting customer-facing transactions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist in the development of customer service strategies and initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage the front office resources effectively.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB SKILLS/REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service or front office management.
• Proven experience within a customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Preferred candidates will have familiarity in athletics and apparel
