Job Summary: Seeking Office Administration Professional for specialty commercial construction company operating in El Paso, TX, West Texas and Southern New Mexico regions.
Job Description: Manage all functions of the office such as answer and direct phone calls. organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Responsible for payroll and reconciling bank statements. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. Assist in the preparation of basic office functions. Develop and maintain a filing system. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements: Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency is a must. Prefer accounting or business management training. $33,500 Salary base for qualified applicants, Health Insurance included.
