Location: West El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Part-time
JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our property management team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless financial operations while supporting our large portfolio of commercial and industrial properties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Financial Transactions: Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Data Entry: Efficiently input and update AR/AP data, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
• Lease Management: Review tenant leases and accurately enter data into our property management database.
• Record Keeping: Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems to support streamlined operations.
• Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and contribute process enhancement ideas to improve our workflows and work environment
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Prior experience in bookkeeping, real estate, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Professional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Availability for part-time work hours.
