Receptionist/Contract Administrator

Rate of Pay: $11 – $13/hour or Based on Experience
Location: El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

SUMMARY: Ensure the company complies with contracts. Handle a variety of administrative support tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Answer phone calls and emails. Handle job applications. Input payroll into LCP tracker System. Perform multiple clerical and filing duties. Handle City/County/TxDot/EP Water projects and their contracts. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or Higher. Must have general computer experience. Knowledge of Excel, PDF, and Word. Knowledge of LCP tracker preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
