Receptionist/Front Desk

Rate Of Pay: $12-15.00/hr.
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday; 8am to 5pm
Job Summary: The receptionist position will be to answer phones calls, screen calls, greet visitors, customers, and contractors, interact with the management team, assist department managers, manage the maintenance of general office equipment, internet, and organizational detail of general office practices.
Job Duties:
• Answer and screen incoming calls and transfer calls accordingly.
• Greet customers, vendors, contractors in a professional manner.
• Send new vehicles on insurance policies out to the drivers.
• Hand out vendor checks.
• Maintain the office and keep all the office equipment maintenance.
• Provide administrative support via phone or email and assist department managers as needed.
• Perform other clerical receptionist essential functions such as photocopying and faxing.
Required Experience and Education:
• 1-3 years of exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional way with management and co-workers.
• Proficiency in computer skills to include but not limited to Microsoft Suite programs.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills with solution-based results.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Demands:
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during working scheduled time.
• Ability to occasionally lift to 15lbs.
• Repetitive hand motion in typing, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, climbing office staircase, walking, sitting for long period of time.

Working Conditions:
• Is subject to call back during emergency conditions to include inclement weather, emergency evacuations, sever weather, post disaster, etc
