Restaurant Manager

Rate of Pay: $75,000/yr., Depending on Experience
Location: Westside
Work Schedule: Full Time, Full Flexibility Required, including weekends

SUMMARY: Oversee all restaurant staff members and business conducted on a daily basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Oversee all cash handlings and maintain proper petty cash and drawer as well as deposits to accounting department. Responsible for hiring and maintaining a proper and efficient number of staff members while also conducting appropriate staff trainings while maintaining labor costs and following set budget. Coordinating with other managers to ensure that the establishment is fully stocked and prepared to handle all guests orders and requests. Responsible for maintaining all health standards and guidelines so that the establishment passes all necessary inspections above a satisfactory level. Responsible for ensuring that the establishment stays secure and that all opening and closing responsibilities are followed by the manager on duty as well as the staff.
QUALIFICATIONS: Previous restaurant management experience of 2+ years with references available at interview. Culinary experience a plus.
