Sales and Delivery Representative

ROP: $500/week,, Commission: 2% of Revenue Generated

Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday

Location: 1133 Barranca Drive., El Paso, TX 79935

SCOPE:
The purpose of this position is to serve the Company’s existing and future Customer base through strategic execution of delivery and merchandising functions, as well as the fostering of Company relationships with retailers, end-users, and consumers for the purpose of expanding its Brands and growth. Within reasonable request, the Company may require additional and related functions of you.

FUNCTION:
Directly sell and deliver company products within the assigned territory while managing and growing Company offerings for the retail and food service segment. This includes delivering, merchandising, direct selling, improving space allocated to the Company for display, setting up additional displays, etc.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sell and deliver product, per Customer need
2. Provide merchandising services, per Customer need
3. Follow-up on sales leads, visits, and other commitments
4. Grow product offering within existing Customer base
5. Establish and maintain Customer relationships and build on existing network
6. Develop and maintain understanding of company Products, Customers, and potential Customers
7. Identify and resolve Customer complaints, concerns, or needs; includes informing appropriate personnel
8. Present performance reports to appropriate company staff as requested
9. Other duties assigned

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Offer and sell product to new Customer
2. Coordinate with accounting department for payment collection and account status
3. Provide on the job training to new employees, as requested

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or have received an equivalent degree
• Valid Texas Driver’s License. Previous experience is preferred.
