Location: El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Full time, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area. Manage and optimize material, financial and human resources, developing more and better business through effective sales strategies.
• Maintain constant communication with General Manager for the establishment of budgets, sales projections and reporting of results.
• Analyze integrated sales reports to define strategies for improvement in coordination with the General Manager.
• Authorize the pricing discounts.
• Comparative review vs. price competition.
• Authorize discounts and returns.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Service and maintain close relationships with clients and agencies that support the development of the company.
• Monitor the care of customer needs and requirements in the store, ensuring delivery times.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Personal attention to client strengths and support in problems in operations that require intervention.
• Coordinate and support to sales visits, budgeting, public lenders, big sales and definition of special prices.
• Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
• Maintain identified new market opportunities and competition to set new sales strategies.
• Develop budget for big sales.
• Maintain awareness, monitoring and effective communication with staff and all levels of the organization.
• Promote and maintain harmonious teamwork between the various functional areas.
• Monitor the performance of their staff and establish training programs that affect their development and improvement, thus achieving higher performance and better results.
• Maintain effective meetings with staff.
• To ensure their employees development as well of their employment vacations, make strong links of communication with them, and the rest of responsibilities with being chief.
• Any other tasks as assigned.
• Participate in training programs as well as briefings of results and performance evaluation processes.
• Ensure the best service and total satisfaction for the client(internal and external) according to company Philosophy.
• Always work with the business philosophy based on Mission, Vision, Values, Ethics code, Quality Policy, Job and Law Restriction, as well as to policies and general procedures of the company.
• Other responsibilities will be added as needed.
• Bilingual(English/Spanish) a must.
• 1 years of experience in Sales Management.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplies Relationship Management.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
• Office Software.
• Problem solving skills and an ability to work on a tactical and strategic level.
• People management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, delegate work and explain ideas.
• Planning organizing skills.
• Knowledge of material related with steel.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate with peers and management at all levels of the organization.
• Must enjoy working in a collaborative environment.

• Per Diem for gas expenses for use of own vehicle for work.
