Sales Manager

ROP: $39,999.00/hr.
LOCATION: West El Paso, TX
SCHEDULE: Full Time, Schedule Varies

Job Summary: As a Sales Manager of the company, you will play a crucial role in driving membership sales and ensuring an excellent member experience. You will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and meeting monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly membership sales targets.
● Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
● Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to executive management.
● Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to sales team members.
● Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance sales campaigns and promotions.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current members.
● Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
● Participate in community events and outreach to promote the company.
Compensation and Benefits:
● Base Salary: 39,999.00
● Performance Bonus: Monthly performance bonus based on membership sales, with a specific rate per membership sold. Bonuses are paid out in the first pay period of each month for the previous month’s performance.
● Work Schedule: Full-time, 40-hour work week. Schedule varies and includes evenings and weekends.
● PTO:
○ 1-2 years: 5 days
○ 2-3 years: 10 days
○ 3+ years: 15 days

Qualifications:
● Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the fitness or related industry.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.
