Senior Membership Advisor/Sales Advisor

ROP: $40,000 – $60,000/yr., Depends on Experience
LOCATION: West El Paso, TX
SCHEDULE: Part-time,

Job Summary: As a Senior Membership Advisor of the company, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our membership programs, services, and products to both new and existing members. You will need to possess excellent closing skills, the ability to identify individual motivations, and persuasive abilities to drive sales.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining the business plan and marketing strategies to increase membership retention, drive revenue from our products and services, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
● Responsible for selling club memberships
● Archives daily, weekly and monthly acquisitions and retention goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach
● Customizes the buying experience by encouraging involvement with our people, programs and places to align with the unique needs, interests and goals of each prospective member
● Collaborates daily with club leadership to ensure effective onboarding and strong retention of members.
Position Requirements:
● High School Diploma or GED
● Must have 5-8 years of experience in sales and customer service
● Demonstrated enthusiasm, energy, and a friendly disposition
● Fluent in both English and Spanish
● Experience in motivational speaking
● Proficiency in sales planning and strategic sales
● Ability to execute effective sales promotion strategies
Preferred Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
● Previous sales experience preferred
● Experience in Microsoft, Dynamic Customer Relationship Management
