Sheet Metal Inside Sales Representative

Rate Of Pay: $13.00/hr.(Negotiable depending on experience)
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday; 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Location: Las Cruces, NM

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative join our team at our newest location in Las Cruces NM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of sheet metal products and fabrication processes. This role involves managing customer accounts, generating new business, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the sheet metal or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal products and fabrication processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer.
• Occasional lifting of materials and products (up to 25 lbs. ).
