SUMMARY:
Guarantee the Operative Continuity ensuring the correct management of the Finance, Administration and Accountant strategies in the Company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Supervise all regular accounting processes such as A/P and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.

SUMMARY: Responsible for the receiving and refiling of returned medical records along with the retrieval of requested documents on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for physically lifting boxes in and out of the racking system based on assigned projects according to the records retention policy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Responsible for the day-to-day receiving, storage and retrieval of records stored in the warehouse.
2. Delivery of requested documents on a daily basis or as requested.
3. Proper documenting of incoming records and ensuring the paperwork is filled out correctly or paperwork and records will be returned to the department.
4. Bar-coding and/or identifying the record to be stored properly by placing the label or sticker on the box or individual record stored and placing in the allocated storage location.
5. Delivery of requested storage boxes for departments as requested.
6. Provide support as needed to the Supervisor.

SUMMARY: Fabricate and prepare for finishing various wood, composition and plastic structures, and fixtures for field installations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Cut, shape, and assemble wood, composition, and/or plastic sections with shop tools and equipment such as planers, jointers, shaper, routers, sanders, and various power saws. Assemble prepared components for various structures, including chairs, desks, cabinets, bookcases, and paneled doors. Prepare structures for finish applications by planning, shaping and sanding; using hand and power tools. Read and interpret plans, sketches, and shop drawings for milling and fabrication. Prepare materials estimates as directed by supervisor. Determine type and dimensions of wood stock to be used. Maintain and clean equipment and work area. Perform related duties as assigned.

Objectives: Housekeeping attendants will maintain all public and private spaces to employer standards.
