Machine Operator

Rate of Pay: $9.50/hr.
Location: El Paso
Work Schedule: Full time

Essential Job Duties: Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move it around the warehouse to ensure timely and complete delivery. Transport materials between loading, processing, and storage areas. Move levers or controls that operate lifting devices, such as forklifts, lift beams with swivel-hooks, hoists, or elevating platforms, to load, unload, transport, or stack material. Position lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, or boxes and secure material or products for transport to designated areas. Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles. Perform routine maintenance of warehouse, yard and trucks. Weigh materials or products and record weight or other production data on tags or labels. Operate or tend automatic stacking, loading, packaging, or cutting machines. Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor. Maintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards. Other responsibilities may include cleaning and preparing a job site, loading and unloading materials and using a variety of tools and machine. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Previous experience operating forklifts required. Must be forklift certified. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Laborers

ROP: $16.50 – $18.50/hr. Depending on Experience

SUMMARY: Responsible for commercial and residential plumbing. Install, repair, and maintain pipes used for water distribution and wastewater disposal.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Plumbers will install and maintain plumbing systems. Coordinate with project manager on installation. Install systems used to transport water, waste, gases, or liquids. Ensure legislation and policies are met and that systems are up to code. Ensure systems meet all standards of building codes and safety. Cut openings in structures in preparation for pipes. Select all materials needed for installation, including type and size of pipe. Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment. Assemble and install valves and fittings. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed Plumbers preferred but will accept Non-Licensed plumbers with at least three to four years of experience. Pay grade for non-licensed plumbers is between $12.50 to $13.50/hr., depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Individual will assist plumber in design, layout, preparation and installation of plumbing systems in drainage, venting, domestic water, gas, water heaters, re-models, repair and new plumbing work. Other duties assigned.

Qualifications: Must be familiar with hand tools, power tools, cordless tools, safety practices and work neatly and effectively. Must be able to work indoors, outdoors, and in all types of weather. SUMMARY: Fabricate and prepare for finishing various wood, composition and plastic structures, and fixtures for field installations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Cut, shape, and assemble wood, composition, and/or plastic sections with shop tools and equipment such as planers, jointers, shaper, routers, sanders, and various power saws. Assemble prepared components for various structures, including chairs, desks, cabinets, bookcases, and paneled doors. Prepare structures for finish applications by planning, shaping and sanding; using hand and power tools. Read and interpret plans, sketches, and shop drawings for milling and fabrication. Prepare materials estimates as directed by supervisor. Determine type and dimensions of wood stock to be used. Maintain and clean equipment and work area. Perform related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have at least 1 to 2 years of cabinet making experience.

SUMMARY: Perform a variety of routine and complex transportation work. Responsible to for garbage collection services in order to ensure that garbage is transported and disposed of in an appropriate manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate off roll/trash truck in a safe and effective manner in accordance with applicable safety regulations and policies, practices and procedures. Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water. Collect garbage from buildings, businesses, residential buildings and other facilities as instructed. Maintain daily records of pick-ups. Other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY: We are looking for hard-working, dedicated HVAC Sheet metal Installer to join our growing staff. The individual in this role will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and fixing our customers’ heating and cooling systems. Candidates should have 2-5years extensive experience handling, installing, and fixing HVAC equipment, and be comfortable working with little to no supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Travel to homes and some businesses on a daily basis as scheduled
• Perform consultations with customers
• Determine customer needs and discuss all solution methods
• Install new heating and cooling systems
• Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC system to increase longevity
• Conduct performance tests with specialized tools

SUMMARY:
Responsible for hands-on production work and related tasks. The tasks are labor-intensive in which we roll, assemble, shred, and portion food and food components. The operator will be expected to work on their feet throughout the day shift from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday through Friday (opportunities for over-time exist).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (not intended to be all inclusive):

Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces prior to the start of shift.

Prepare packaged food. Package finished goods.

Roll, assemble and portion food items (flautas, tamales, chile rellenos, etc).

Par-fry long green chile in hot oil vats

Cook and formulate food (includes moving/turning large quantities of food in the kettles with paddles)

Prep and cut all vegetables, potatoes, fruits for the entire day’s production.

Ensure that food is being held properly at hot and cold holding temperatures (when assigned).

Keep area clean. Sanitize all food contact surfaces as needed throughout the day.

Follow Company processes and procedures for manufacturing and food safety.

Customer Service

SUMMARY: Electricians Helpers work under the supervision of a licensed electrician to install or repair various electrical systems. Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Assists ELECTRICIAN in installing and repairing wiring, fixtures, and equipment aboard ship and in shipyard facilities: Supplies ELECTRICIANS with materials and using tools, hand trucks, or by carrying material.
2. Measures and cuts pipe conduit to specified length, using steel tape and hacksaw.
3. Threads conduit ends, using pipe threader, and connects couplings and conduit fittings, using wrench.
4. Fabricates conduit support brackets from strap iron strips, using hacksaw, shaping dies, hammer, and punch.
5. Secures brackets to bulkheads with screws and bolts and pulls wires through conduit leading to connection boxes, switch panels, and other terminals.
6. Strips insulation from wire ends, using wire stripping pliers.
7. Ties or screws wires to terminals for subsequent soldering.

SUMMARY: Perform a number of tasks, including inspecting shingles, roofing tiles and putting in place metal roofs. They also remove old roofs and install roof insulation that help counter severe weather conditions. Fabricate, assembly, installation, and repair sheet metal products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: It involves heavy lifting, as well as climbing, bending, and kneeling. Work outdoors in all types of weather. Unload materials from truck and unroll roofing material. Lift roofing materials onto roof using pulleys or ladder. Clear debris from roof. May operate hand and power tools and variety of other equipment and instruments. Work may involve any of the following: setting up and operating fabricating machines to cut, bend, and straighten sheet metal; shaping metal over anvils, blocks, or forms using hammer; operating soldering and welding equipment to join sheet metal parts; or inspecting, assembling, and smoothing seams and joints of burred surfaces. SUMMARY: Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. Assist carpenters and concrete finishers as needed. SUMMARY: Cut, trim, or prepare consumer-sized portions of meat for use or sale in retail establishments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Wrap, Weigh, label and price cuts of meat.
Prepare and place meat cuts and products in display counter, so they will appear attractive and catch the shopper’s eye.

Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.

Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats, such as beef, pork, poultry, and fish, to prepare meat in cooking form.

Estimate requirements and order or requisition meat supplies to maintain inventories.

Supervise other butchers or meat cutters.

Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery, to ensure meat quality.

Record quantity of meat received and issued to cooks and/or keep records of meat sales.

Shape, lace, and tie roasts, using boning knife, skewer, and twine.

Negotiate with representatives from supply companies to determine order details.

Cure, smoke, tenderize and preserve meat.

Total sales, and collect money from customers.
