SUMMARY:
• Performs administrative and office support activities for the company.
• Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and customers as well as internal personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Duties will include:
• Answering telephone calls, accounts receivable and accounts payable, word processing, creating spreadsheets, reports, and filing.

Laborers

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Routinely inspect and empty all trash, recycling throughout assigned city parks, playgrounds, and picnic areas.
• Safely remove heavy or full trash bags, tie them securely, and replace them with fresh liners.
• Transport collected waste and trash bags to designated park dumpsters or central disposal sites.
• Safely operate trash utility vehicles, pickup trucks, or carts loaded with trash receptacles and replacement supplies.
• Utilize proper personal protective equipment (PPE), including puncture-resistant gloves and safety vests, while handling trash and debris.
• Conduct basic daily vehicle and equipment safety checks.

JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance who want to start a promising career in the pipeline industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Individuals will be Hand digging with long handled shovel to locate underground utilities. Once utilities are located the laborer will now become a spotter for the mechanical digging equipment. Either a back-hoe or an excavator. Laborer will also move dirt/earth to include rocks away from trench/excavation edges with hand shovel. Basically, the main duty for the laborer is to dig with hand implements. Must be able to drive a 1-ton pick-up truck. Be able to hook-up a utility trailer to the pick-up truck and load and un-load equipment, tools, and material. Laborer will also be cleaning all tools and equipment which are used in the field. Must be able to follow precise directions and be aware of On-the-Job Safety in all aspects of his duties. • The Superintendent shall maintain the record set of drawings completely and maintain the record set of as-builts throughout the project duration.

Quality Assurance Manual – Superintendent shall support and help facilitate the company Quality Assurance goals, policies, and procedures.
• Superintendent shall be the company’s point person, held accountable for all quality of construction related issues.
• The Superintendent is responsible for initiating, scheduling, audit work in advance, and accompanying government and third party inspectors in an effort to have the construction work reviewed and approved efficiently.
• Superintendent is responsible for all communications and efforts necessary to rectify any identified non-conforming / non-compliance issues. This effort shall be of priority to minimize delay impacts to the schedule and shall be considered closed once written approval of correction(s) is issued by the originating authority.
• The Superintendent shall assist the Project Manager in drafting the PUNCHLIST / DELIVERY acceptance procedures for the Project. Once the procedure is accepted by the Architect and Owner, the Superintendent shall be responsible for professional, timely, and quality presentations of the work for inspection.
• Superintendent shall facilitate rapid response to “area of work to be completed” or “items of inadequacy” with priority attention in accordance with the delivery plan. The company’s Quality Assurance Manual.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION / PROBLEM SOLVING
• Conflict Resolution / Problem Solving – The Superintendent is a problem solver focused upon resolving disputes or non-compliance issues that disrupts the production of the project. Disputes may arise from Subcontractors, Suppliers, Client, Architect, Inspectors, or Staff.
• Superintendent shall take Ownership in executed Sub-Tier Agreement scopes of work. Hold Sub-Tier accountable to scope and contract terms.
• The Superintendent shall be resourceful, prioritize, and use all elements of this job description to swiftly resolve logistical, procedural, quality, scheduling, and scope of work conflicts in a timely manner. Identifies conflicts, authors resolution, executes both formal (Notices of Non-Performance to Sub-Tiers, Letters of Non-Compliance) and informal communications without abandon until the matter is resolved.

SUPERVISION AND PROFESSIONALDEVELOPMENT
• Seek opportunities of additional training to further development of Professional skills. With assistance of PM, authors and administers effective Development Plan for assistance.
• Superintendent is responsible for establishing and achieving safety standards and ensuring cleanliness of the site/operations are understood and enforced by all Sub-Tiers and the company’s staff while on Superintendent’s site.
• Management of Assistant Superintendent (if PM has approved of Assistant for site) responsibilities demonstrating ownership of Assistant Superintendent’s performance results.
• At the completion of the project, the Superintendent provides a written evaluation of each
Subcontractors/Supplier performance and communicates these performance considerations with PM and Estimating/Purchasing staff.

MEETINGS and COMMUNICATIONS
• Attends and participates at Project Pre-Construction Meetings with Subcontractor and Suppliers.
• Super should be running the Sub Pre Con. Also attends and participates in Owner, Architect, Jurisdictional
Authorities, and Utility.
• Responsible for assisting PM with any request regarding supporting meeting docs.
• Attends Owner, Architect, and Contractor meetings.
• Responsible for ensuring at all supporting meeting docs are professional prepare, accurate and complete.
• Presides at Site Coordination and Safety Weekly Meetings with Subcontractor and Suppliers.
• Responsible for creating and communicating all supporting meeting docs.
• Daily Reports and Daily Photos – Draft and communicate all critical reports and documents to ensure all information is timely, complete, and accurate.
• Document Management Protocol – The Superintendent is responsible that all project documents assigned to the Superintendent are being created and stored in compliance with the Document Management Protocol. Audit the stored files within Viewpoint at time of demobilization.

JOB SUMMARY: The Project Manager is the leader of a project team and the person responsible for the timely completion of the company’s construction projects consistent with company’s employee manual, safety manual, and Quality Assurance Manual. The PM is the company’s liaison to the owner and the primary point of contact for the owner’s consultants, project staff, subcontractors and suppliers. • The PM is transition manager for the Estimating / Purchasing department when conceptual budgets evolve to become a real project.

• The PM shall develop preliminary General Conditions Budgets, critical path schedules, and project logistics that ensure that projects start on time and exceed scheduled production.
• A company’s PM consistently monitors the operational performance of the projects assigned to them. Evaluating reports and schedules and site conditions to discover opportunities to expedite delivery, reduce costs and expand the knowledge base of site personnel.

BUDGET & BILLINGS MANAGEMENT:
• The PM recognizes the importance of accurate budgets and revenue projections. PM embraces its role as a facilitator of information transfer, problem solving and cash flow.
• A company’s PM understands their role in supporting the billing cycles that occur each month; recognizing that the company and its vendors depend upon timely payments to meet financial and schedule obligations.
• The PM uses their familiarity with the company’s scope of work, contract documents, sub-tier agreements to ensure that billings are accurate and properly formatted.
• The PM constantly updates a log of Opportunities and Issues that could impact the cost or schedule of the project.
• PM is responsible for receiving and evaluating instructions and site conditions to identify potential impacts to the project cost or schedule. When instructions or conditions warrant a change in price or duration of the project, PM timely prepares Pending Change Orders to the owner and diligently pursues their approval.
• The PM is an expert on the company’s obligations to the owner and its vendors. PM causes sub-tier scopes of work to be developed and immediately communicates any perceived “gaps”, budget or production concerns to purchasing.
• The PM coordinates and leads a preconstruction meeting with each sub-tier contractor. PM ensures that scope, pricing and site logistics are completely understood and agreed to prior to issuing a notice to proceed to a vendor
• When changes to sub-tier agreements are necessary, PM works to ensure that sub-tier estimates are accurate, fair and transparent. Whenever possible, PM uses its influence to optimize change impacts to benefit the owner and the company,

• The PM is a problem solver focused on resolving disputes or non-compliance issues that could disrupt the planned completion of the project. The PM is able to appreciate each parties position and develop solutions that are as fair as possible and responsive to the company’s obligations to the owner.

MEETINGS & COMMUNICATION:
• A company’s PM leads all meetings with the Owner and participates strategically in meetings with consultants, utility providers, jurisdictional staff, vendors and suppliers.
• The PM causes staff to track and regularly communicate the status of directives, RFIs, pending change orders, ASIs and Opportunities and Issues logs.
