SUMMARY: Responsible for the receiving and refiling of returned medical records along with the retrieval of requested documents on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for physically lifting boxes in and out of the racking system based on assigned projects according to the records retention policy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Responsible for the day-to-day receiving, storage and retrieval of records stored in the warehouse.
2. Delivery of requested documents on a daily basis or as requested.
3. Proper documenting of incoming records and ensuring the paperwork is filled out correctly or paperwork and records will be returned to the department.
4. Bar-coding and/or identifying the record to be stored properly by placing the label or sticker on the box or individual record stored and placing in the allocated storage location.
5. Delivery of requested storage boxes for departments as requested.

SUMMARY: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of segmental concrete masonry wall units.

SUMMARY: Maintenance Technician needed for busy fast paced apartment community. Position requires 4+ years in apartment industry and knowledge of repairs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Experienced and ready to work HVAC / General Maintenance Technician needed for apartment communities. Position requires candidate to perform HVAC service calls and/or general maintenance duties as required, to effectively service and maintain residential air conditioning systems; and perform general maintenance service calls and other skills as required, to include, but not limited to, installation, repairs and maintenance to building, facilities, and service equipment. Basic knowledge of general maintenance repairs is a MUST. Only experienced need apply.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Construction work covering many unskilled classifications requiring work of a physical nature. Performs a variety of work ranging from pick and shovel work to cleaning up lumber with hammer, shoveling and placing concrete, use of air tools under supervision. Cleans concrete joints and fills joints with sealing compound; Applies coating of oil inside face of forms and strip forms, unloads and transports reinforcing steel, cures newly poured concrete, assists pipelayers, works with dirt crew keeping construction layout stakes out of the way of dirt-moving equipment. May fine grade excavation and ditches, shovels hot asphalt material. May use power tools and other necessary equipment in demolition work under supervision. Installs and maintains erosion control. The individual in this role will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and fixing our customers’ heating and cooling systems. Candidates should have 2-5 years extensive experience handling, installing, and fixing HVAC equipment, and be comfortable working with little to no supervision.

SCHEDULE: Full time, Evening Shift, 6 positions

Objectives: Housekeeping attendants will maintain all public and private spaces to employer standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Cut, shape, and assemble wood, composition, and/or plastic sections with shop tools and equipment such as planers, jointers, shaper, routers, sanders, and various power saws. Assemble prepared components for various structures, including chairs, desks, cabinets, bookcases, and paneled doors. Prepare structures for finish applications by planning, shaping and sanding; using hand and power tools. Read and interpret plans, sketches, and shop drawings for milling and fabrication. Restaurant

Adjusts thermostat controls to regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, roasters, and steam kettles. Measures and mixes ingredients according to recipe. Bakes, roasts, broils, and steams meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods. Adds seasoning to foods during mixing or cooking. Observes and tests foods being cooked by tasting, smelling, and piercing with fork to determine that it is cooked. Washes, peels, cuts, and shreds vegetables and fruits to prepare them for use. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Review construction documents, plans and specifications to determine construction costs. Solicit Subcontractor bids, perform quantity takeoff and compile pricing to prepare cost proposals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Sales experience a must.
• Good Customer Service.
• Some construction experience.
• Computer knowledge is a must to be able to perform essential duties of job such as bidding on jobs and reading blue prints.
• Must be well organized.
• Employment is contigent upon Background Results.
• Must have Valid Driver’s License

Rate of Pay: $9 – $10/hr., Depending on Experience + commission
Work Schedule: Full Time M-F

SUMMARY: Responsible to prospect and generate new commercial business by going to local Restaurants with pricing given to him by Management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business. Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service needs. Meet or exceed the new business sales goals. Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first and follow up appointments with customer decision makers. Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must have own transportation.
