SUMMARY: Grill Cooks are chefs that prepare all types of grilled foods. They work with a wide selection of foods such as meats, seafood and vegetables.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Grill Cooks are required by the US Department of Health to practice safe food handling when performing their duties. They are responsible for preparing the food to be grilled, as well as peel and chop vegetables, clean fish or poultry, trim meat, and make meat patties. They assemble, measure and mix all the required ingredients for the dishes they have to prepare. Depending on the preferences of customers, they grill meat as rare, medium or well done. Grill cooks may also have to do the plating and presentation of the grilled food in the manner prescribed by the restaurant. They may also have to grill large pieces of meat which they have to carve as well and serve to customers. Aside from grilling foods, grill chefs may also need to bake, fry or microwave the dishes they prepare. Grill cooks may also be made responsible for making sure that all necessary ingredients are in stock and stored properly. They keep an inventory of all essential items. If they happen to work in a large restaurant, they may have to manage a team composed of prep and line cooks.

SUMMARY: Responsible for the receiving and refiling of returned medical records along with the retrieval of requested documents on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for physically lifting boxes in and out of the racking system based on assigned projects according to the records retention policy.

SUMMARY: Operate one or several types of power construction equipment, such as backhoe operator, roller operator, excavator, motor graders and/or front-end loaders to excavate, move, and grade earth, erect structures, or pour concrete or other hard surface pavement. May repair and maintain equipment in addition to other duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Learn and follow safety regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Individuals are monitoring piece of equipment or vacuum trailer that contains oils and diesels. Individuals need to make sure that the equipment is not tampered with. They need to make sure it is full of fluids at all times. They need to be able to handle a shovel if the job requires it. SUMMARY: Perform a variety of routine and complex transportation work. Responsible to for garbage collection services in order to ensure that garbage is transported and disposed of in an appropriate manner.

SUMMARY:
Responsible for hands-on production work and related tasks. The tasks are labor-intensive in which we roll, assemble, shred, and portion food and food components. The operator will be expected to work on their feet throughout the day shift from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday through Friday (opportunities for over-time exist).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (not intended to be all inclusive):

Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces prior to the start of shift.

Prepare packaged food. Package finished goods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Individual will assist plumber in design, layout, preparation and installation of plumbing systems in drainage, venting, domestic water, gas, water heaters, re-models, repair and new plumbing work. Other duties assigned.

SUMMARY: Drivers will driving a semi (Peterbilt with 32ft. Mac end dump trailer) within

SUMMARY: Grocery Managers are responsible for managing department inventory, in-stock position, merchandising, labor, and other operational processes to company standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a customer friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service. Follow and implement company sales, production planning standards and ensure that the department achieves the standards of performance as outlined in the work plan. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have at least 2 years related Grocery Store Manager experience. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
