ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Apply paint to surfaces including canvas, walls, floors, doors, and cabinets. Mix, match, and apply paint, varnish, shellac, enamel, and other finishes. Scrape, sandpaper, prime, or seal surfaces prior to painting. Clean walls to ensure proper adherence. Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection. Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers, using caulking guns or putty knives. Moves furniture and equipment as necessary. Remove fixtures such as pictures, doorknobs, lamps, and electric switch covers prior to painting. Apply several coats according to paint directions. Tape off areas when needed. Apply touchups or second coats. Remove paint splatters when finished. Clean up all equipment, including brushes and spray guns. Utilize spray guns for large jobs. SAFETY

RISK MANAGEMENT
• Prior to any subcontractor working on the site, superintendent to verify that the company has an executed subcontract and all requirement exhibits are on file with the company’s corporate office and the Superintendent has administered a pre-construction meeting with the subcontractor.
SCHEDULING AND PROACTIVE PLANNING

• The Superintendent is responsible for creating publishing/communicating, administering, taking action to correct, and updating the 4 week production level schedule.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

• The Superintendent shall understand the company’s obligations, have an experienced and deep understanding of the Construction Documents (plans, specifications, bidding documents). With full understanding of the company’s obligations, the Superintendent shall inform PM of any client or architect request to perform services/improvements beyond the company’s obligations.
• The Superintendent shall also guard to ensure Subcontractor’s do not proceed beyond the company’s obligations, without prior ACO approval.
• Superintendent shall assist the PM in identifying, assessing impact of proposed changes by client or Architect.
Deviations or Conflicts in Construction Documents – The Superintendent shall be the primary company’s staff person responsible for identifying Deviations or Conflicts in the Constructions.
• Superintendent shall thoroughly study the Construction Documents, consult with Sub-Tier experts, verify with the Project Engineer, and use all other means necessary to identify deviations, inconsistencies, or conflicts in the Construction Documents as early as possible.
• The Superintendent is response for identification of the conflict, communication (RFI, Issue Log), and participation through the resolution proceed of all conflicts.
• The Superintendent is responsible for evaluating , maintaining, and communicating all Design Team issued/acknowledged ASIs or RFIs or Submittal of Materials.
• The Superintendent will advise the PM of all changes which may result in a change of cost or change in scheduled time.
• The Superintendent shall maintain the record set of drawings completely and maintain the record set of as-builts throughout the project duration.
Quality Assurance Manual – Superintendent shall support and help facilitate the company Quality Assurance goals, policies, and procedures.
• Superintendent shall be the company’s point person, held accountable for all quality of construction related issues.
• The Superintendent is responsible for initiating, scheduling, audit work in advance, and accompanying government and third party inspectors in an effort to have the construction work reviewed and approved efficiently.
• Superintendent is responsible for all communications and efforts necessary to rectify any identified non-conforming / non-compliance issues. This effort shall be of priority to minimize delay impacts to the schedule and shall be considered closed once written approval of correction(s) is issued by the originating authority.
• The Superintendent shall assist the Project Manager in drafting the PUNCHLIST / DELIVERY acceptance procedures for the Project. Once the procedure is accepted by the Architect and Owner, the Superintendent shall be responsible for professional, timely, and quality presentations of the work for inspection.
• Superintendent shall facilitate rapid response to “area of work to be completed” or “items of inadequacy” with priority attention in accordance with the delivery plan. The company’s Quality Assurance Manual.
CONFLICT RESOLUTION / PROBLEM SOLVING
• Conflict Resolution / Problem Solving – The Superintendent is a problem solver focused upon resolving disputes or non-compliance issues that disrupts the production of the project. Disputes may arise from Subcontractors, Suppliers, Client, Architect, Inspectors, or Staff.
• Superintendent shall take Ownership in executed Sub-Tier Agreement scopes of work. Hold Sub-Tier accountable to scope and contract terms.
• The Superintendent shall be resourceful, prioritize, and use all elements of this job description to swiftly resolve logistical, procedural, quality, scheduling, and scope of work conflicts in a timely manner. Identifies conflicts, authors resolution, executes both formal (Notices of Non-Performance to Sub-Tiers, Letters of Non-Compliance) and informal communications without abandon until the matter is resolved.
SUPERVISION AND PROFESSIONALDEVELOPMENT

1. Deliver and transport patient records, documents, and reports to and from designated facilities, doctor offices and other areas as directed

JOB SUMMARY: The Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator is responsible for operating and
maintaining wastewater treatment facilities to ensure the safe and efficient treatment of
wastewater. They monitor and control the treatment process, perform routine maintenance
tasks, and adhere to environmental regulations and safety protocols.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Operation and Monitoring:
1. Operate and control wastewater treatment equipment, including pumps, valves,
blowers, and chemical dosing systems.
2. Monitor treatment processes, such as activated sludge, sedimentation, disinfection, and
filtration, to ensure proper functioning and compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Conduct regular inspections of plant equipment and processes, identifying any
abnormalities or malfunctions and taking appropriate corrective actions.
4. Collect samples and perform tests to monitor water quality parameters and adjust
treatment processes as needed.

• Closeout Checklist: The PE is responsible to create and keep an updated closeout checklist from the beginning of the job through completion. The closeout checklist tracks all closeout items required at the end of the job and when they are received.

As a front desk/receptionist, you will be delegated the position of overseeing administrative duties.
Job Duties:
• Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Scheduling of patients, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.

The position works closely with the project operations team, including management and field associates, to ensure that all project hard costs are appropriately accounted for and controlled. The position also works closely with the Accounting Team to ensure seamless handover of financial data and processes related to project soft costs.
Financial Management
• Monitor and track project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure accurate job cost reporting by verifying expenses and allocations.
Billing and Payments
• Prepare and process client invoices, including progress billings and final billings.
• Review and process subcontractor and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with contract terms.
• Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
Contract Compliance
• Manage and review contracts, change orders, and purchase orders to confirm financial terms.
