Machine Operator

Rate of Pay: $14 – 18/hour, Depending on Experience
Location: Various Locations
Work Schedule: Full Time M-F, 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., some Saturdays depending on work, hours may vary depending on weather conditions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Operates backhoe, excavator, loader, skidsteer and rough blade in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury and property damage.
• Under close supervision, performs activities related to all phases of construction.
• Observes and complies with all Federal, State and Company safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Reports all unsafe conditions and actions to a Supervisor and/or Manager.

Laborers

SUMMARY: Smooth’s and finishes surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, or curbs to specified textures by performing the following duties. Labor workers will be removing concrete debri, tying rebar, laying concrete and moving company vehicles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Formsetter- form setting concrete work, construction the formwork for placement of concrete, assembles column or wall formwork, set anchor bolts templates, also does sawing, stripping, nailing, measuring, tightening/loosing bolts, drilling and moving Synergy Vehicles.

SUMMARY: Will assist carpenter form setters and concrete finishers in forming/clearing and pouring of cement, landscaping and dirt work. Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Performs manual labor for grounds construction or building construction. Other responsibilities may include cleaning and preparing a job site, loading and unloading materials and using a variety of tools and machines.
QUALIFICATIONS: Prior background in Cement and Concrete. Will provide Protective Gear Equipment such as hard hat, vest, safety boots, etc.

SUMMARY: Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
• Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.

SUMMARY: Responsible for commercial and residential plumbing. Install, repair, and maintain pipes used for water distribution and wastewater disposal.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Plumbers will install and maintain plumbing systems. Coordinate with project manager on installation. Install systems used to transport water, waste, gases, or liquids. Ensure legislation and policies are met and that systems are up to code. Ensure systems meet all standards of building codes and safety. Cut openings in structures in preparation for pipes. Select all materials needed for installation, including type and size of pipe. Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment. Assemble and install valves and fittings. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed Plumbers preferred but will accept Non-Licensed plumbers with at least three to four years of experience. Pay grade for non-licensed plumbers is between $12.50 to $13.50/hr., depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Individual will assist plumber in design, layout, preparation and installation of plumbing systems in drainage, venting, domestic water, gas, water heaters, re-models, repair and new plumbing work. Other duties assigned.

Qualifications: Must be familiar with hand tools, power tools, cordless tools, safety practices and work neatly and effectively. Must be able to work indoors, outdoors, and in all types of weather. Must be able to work 40 hours/week minimum plus additional time or weekends when needed due to workload. Applicant must be able to communicate in English/Spanish. Must have reliable transportation. Customer Service

SUMMARY: Individuals first business priority is to assist any customer or potential customer. Nothing is more important than being courteous, friendly, helpful, and prompt in the attention you give to customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Prepare and serve foods in a prompt, efficient, and safe manner in accordance with Health Department codes and regulations. Following the Company’s menu, make sure the display counter is full and well presented at all times. Make sure the food looks fresh and appetizing to customers. Have knowledge of the department, including prices and names of products, and implement that knowledge on a daily basis. Keep work area clean (Health Department Codes and Company Regulations) and clear of all potential safety hazards. Make sure all food is labeled and dated.
Examples:
Cooks: Follow all recipes and menu items as requested by Management. Keep area clean and ready for service at all times.
Dishwashers: Follow all safety and health department rules regarding cleaning and washing of equipment.
Front line: Attend all in a courteous, friendly, helpful and be prompt in attention. Serve the required portions and price all items properly.
SECONDARY DUTIES: Cleaning that includes but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, and removing trash. Clean all machinery following proper procedures. Make sure food has not passed its expiration date. Learn to use a bailer. Work as a team so our Customer gets the best service available. Therefore, we need to assist wherever our services are needed or where our Customer’s needs lead us to. Help other departments when needed.

Requirements: Previous experience is required. Must have Food Handlers Card. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred.

Physical Demands of Job:
Stand and walk for several hours at a time. Carry/lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, but always ask for help when needed. Know and follow Company’s Safety Program at all times. Know proper methods of using a box cutter/knife (FOR CUTTING ITEMS, WEAR PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT), slicer, pallet jack, hand truck, and all the machinery used in the deli. All Equipment Manuals are located in the store office as well as Main Office for review in case of a doubt. Greet customers and encourage sales. PRIMARY DUTIES: Report to supervisor before beginning shift for daily duties and responsibilities. Complete duties/responsibilities in a safe and timely manner. Count money/tray at beginning of shift and then count money at the end of the shift to ensure employee balances. Duties include knowing all the laws associated with selling items such as alcohol, tobacco, lottery, WIC, SNAP (Food Stamps), etc. Cashier should also be able to understand and follow the rules and regulations regarding all methods of payment (cash, checks, etc.) in order to perform daily operations, as well as respect any and all security guidelines put in place to prevent store losses (Manager Key Cards, Register Security/Control Checks, etc.). Greet all customers respectfully, charge correctly, and verify all transactions accordingly. Bag the customer’s purchased items when baggers are unavailable.

SECONDARY DUTIES: Cleaning that includes but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, and removing trash. Check floors around area hourly to make sure they are clean (safety purposes). Will be asked to do returns and stock merchandise if needed. Help other departments when needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Auto mechanic will perform maintenance, diagnostic testing, repairs, and inspections of small trucks and cars. They will work on engines, drive belts, transmissions, and electronic systems such as steering, brakes, and accident-avoidance systems. Mechanics will do oil changes, tire replacement, fixing flats, tire rotation and balancing. Other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY: Execute all food-safety and manufacturing processes within the operation in a manner that reduces corporate exposure to product recalls and customer complaints while maximizing operational efficiency. Fulfill manufacturing support processes such as: development or review of food safety plans, team building and cross-training, process planning, engineering, new product research and development, and oversight of scheduled maintenance. Report directly to Senior Management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: include but are not limited to the following:

Be familiar with company’s HACCP for each product, USDA regulations, SSOPs, and Current GMPs. This includes but is not limited to: Cooking procedures (times, safe handling of raw material), temperature control, shipping and receiving control, safe storage practices, proper sanitation processes, and biological hazard testing (Listeria and other pathogens).

Review, revise, and implement HACCP and GMPs throughout the operation, as applicable. This includes keeping all food safety related documents up-to-code per regulatory standards (FDA & USDA).

Facilitate and prepare the operation for audits and walk-throughs. This includes keeping the operation “audit-ready”, taking lead on any inspections within the operation, and implementing changes resulting from any audit.

Plan, organize, and report on production processes that result in profitable yields for the company. This includes revising or improving current processes and reporting initiatives and consulting on future expansion and equipment purchases. Must help take the operation to SQF standards within 3 years.

Establish accountability within working groups to reduce costs and delegate responsibilities within the ranks of personnel to assist in problem solving and corrective action.

Improve the use of human capital in ways that encourage and foster productivity and a more stable working environment. This includes but is not limited to: process planning, evaluation of team personnel and their skills, giving personnel opportunities to be productive based on those skills, managing personalities so as not to put the company’s interests at risk, and motivating personnel.

Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in sales revenue and necessary production volume.

Levels concrete to specified depth and workable consistency, with hand held screed and floats to bring water to surface and produce soft topping. smooths, and shapes surfaces of freshly poured concrete. Finishes concrete surfaces, or wets and rubs concrete with abrasive stone to impart finish. Removes rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, and patches holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound. Molds expansion joints and edges. Sprinkles colored stone chips, powdered steel, or coloring powder on concrete to produce prescribed finish. Produces rough concrete surface with broom. Mixes cement with hoe or concrete-mixing machine. Directs subgrade work, mixing of concrete, and setting of forms. Breaks up and repairs old concrete surfaces. Perform other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY: We are looking for hard-working, dedicated HVAC Sheet metal Installer to join our growing staff. The individual in this role will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and fixing our customers’ heating and cooling systems. Candidates should have 2-5years extensive experience handling, installing, and fixing HVAC equipment, and be comfortable working with little to no supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Travel to homes and some businesses on a daily basis as scheduled
• Perform consultations with customers
• Determine customer needs and discuss all solution methods
• Install new heating and cooling systems
• Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC system to increase longevity
• Conduct performance tests with specialized tools
• Troubleshoot current HVAC system issues

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of construction or extractive workers.
• Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures.
• Inspect work progress, equipment, or construction sites to verify safety or to ensure that specifications are met.
• Locate, measure, and mark site locations or placement of structures or equipment, using measuring and marking equipment.
• Coordinate work activities with other construction project activities.
QUALIFICATIONS: One to five years of experience is required. Must be willing to travel out of state, possibly three straight weeks at a time.

SUMMARY: Perform a number of tasks, including inspecting shingles, roofing tiles and putting in place metal roofs. They also remove old roofs and install roof insulation that help counter severe weather conditions. Fabricate, assembly, installation, and repair sheet metal products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: It involves heavy lifting, as well as climbing, bending, and kneeling. Work outdoors in all types of weather. Unload materials from truck and unroll roofing material. Lift roofing materials onto roof using pulleys or ladder. Clear debris from roof. May operate hand and power tools and variety of other equipment and instruments. Work may involve any of the following: setting up and operating fabricating machines to cut, bend, and straighten sheet metal; shaping metal over anvils, blocks, or forms using hammer; operating soldering and welding equipment to join sheet metal parts; or inspecting, assembling, and smoothing seams and joints of burred surfaces. Other duties as assigned.
