Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Present, promote and sell BBB Accreditation on outbound sales calls using solid incentives to prospective members.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Exhibit the ability to engage with decision makers across various levels.
• Research and contact leads. Engage in cold calling to contact business owners with ability to manage 60+ calls/day. Meets or exceeds membership goals and standards.

• Represent the BBB and our mission by providing courteous and knowledgeable information in all interactions.
• Complete BBB Accredited Business application and follow SOP for processing each application for each business contacted that agrees to BBB accreditation.
• Collect payment from businesses via credit card or ACH (check by phone), when application is completed.
• Work with Operations Manager on retention and collection efforts.
• Adhere to and abide by the Code of Ethics for Accredited Business Development.
• Originate potential business leads in addition to pursuing BBB generated leads on an ongoing basis.

JOB SUMMARY: We seeking a highly motivated Pipelayer to assemble, connect, and construct pipe systems for water, wastewater, and storm mains.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Layout, fabricate, assemble, and install piping systems.
• Knowledge of piping systems, wastewater systems, storm drains, and other fixtures.
• Knowledge of system operation and study of project plans or working drawings.
• Knowledge of installation trench shoring systems.
