SUMMARY: Responsible for the receiving and refiling of returned medical records along with the retrieval of requested documents on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for physically lifting boxes in and out of the racking system based on assigned projects according to the records retention policy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Responsible for the day-to-day receiving, storage and retrieval of records stored in the warehouse.
2. Delivery of requested documents on a daily basis or as requested.
3. Proper documenting of incoming records and ensuring the paperwork is filled out correctly or paperwork and records will be returned to the department.
4. Bar-coding and/or identifying the record to be stored properly by placing the label or sticker on the box or individual record stored and placing in the allocated storage location.
5. Delivery of requested storage boxes for departments as requested.
6. Provide support as needed to the Supervisor.
7. Research and complete special projects and tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor in a timely manner.

Laborers

SUMMARY: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Rate of Pay: $16.00/hour, 40 hours per week, with overtime if necessary. Lodging in Lordsburg NM may be an option, but a much better option would be to camp out near the work site. $85 per diem allowance will be provided.
Location: SW New Mexico, near Lordsburg.
Work Schedule: Work is expected to begin in Mid-June and should require 8 to 10 weeks. Work will include 10-hour days in the field, in a remote desert location away from facilities. Work schedule is expected to be Monday through Friday but may be adjusted depending on the schedule requirements of the project.
Job Description: A short term assignment of full time work installing fencing around grazing leases in SW New Mexico.
Job Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: Work will involve using tools, machinery, and heavy equipment to pound wood and metal posts into the ground, carry heavy spools of barbed wire, stretch and attach wire to posts. Work must meet quality specifications. Previous experience installing wire fencing and demonstrated working knowledge of the tools and techniques of the trade are highly desirable.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: General maintenance includes performing duties as directed by the master tradesmen for all construction and light maintenance duties as required. Objectives: Housekeeping attendants will maintain all public and private spaces to employer standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Individuals will be Hand digging with long handled shovel to locate underground utilities. Once utilities are located the laborer will now become a spotter for the mechanical digging equipment. Either a back-hoe or an excavator. Laborer will also move dirt/earth to include rocks away from trench/excavation edges with hand shovel. Basically the main duty for the laborer is to dig with hand implements. Must be able to drive a 1-ton pick-up truck. Be able to hook-up a utility trailer to the pick-up truck and load and un-load equipment, tools, and material. Laborer will also be cleaning any and all tools and equipment which are used in the field. Must be able to follow precise directions and be aware of On the Job Safety in all aspects of his duties. QUALIFICATIONS: Individuals with oil and gas industry experience are a good fit. Must have Valid Driver’s License and be subject to random drug tests once employed with company. Individuals must be physical able to handle physical constraints of job. Benefits include health insurance after 90 probation. Employee will be eligible for $1.00 raise upon 90 day review. Restaurant

Customer Service

SUMMARY: Responsible for commercial and residential plumbing. Install, repair, and maintain pipes used for water distribution and wastewater disposal.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Plumbers will install and maintain plumbing systems. Coordinate with project manager on installation. Install systems used to transport water, waste, gases, or liquids. Ensure legislation and policies are met and that systems are up to code. Ensure systems meet all standards of building codes and safety. Cut openings in structures in preparation for pipes. Select all materials needed for installation, including type and size of pipe. Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment. Assemble and install valves and fittings. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills/Requirements:
● High School Diploma
● 3+ years of experience in sales management
● 5+ years of experience in direct or outside sales (B2B a plus)
● Strong prospecting skill and excellent closing skills
● Ability to work a variety of work schedules
● Experience working with CRM software platforms for lead management
● Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb or lift up to 50 pounds
● Must be able to work a split shift if needed
Preferred Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
● Experience selling and leading sales teams within the Health, Fitness and Wellness industry
● Prior experience working with HubSpot software
