JOB SUMMARY: The Sports Official/Ref will assist the Site Coordinator and/or Executive Director in managing Youth and/or Adult Sports programs for the site in accordance with the Association’s goals and objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively promote and willingly support a safety conscious culture. Follow all safety regulations and company policies. Take a proactive approach to avoiding potential hazards such as hitting utility lines, other equipment, coworkers and falling objects. • Responsible for daily equipment greasing, morning “walk arounds” and fluid checks. Complete daily maintenance checklist to ensure your equipment is properly maintained, and to ensure the proper preservation of equipment maintenance records.
• Adjust hand wheels and depress pedals to control attachments such as blades, buckets, scrapers, and swing brooms. Start engines, move throttles, switches and levers, and depresses pedals to operate machines such as bulldozers, excavators, graders and backhoes.
• Align machines, cutter heads, or depth gauge makers with reference stakes and guidelines or ground, or position equipment following hand signals of other workers. Coordinate machine actions with other activities, positioning or moving loads in response to hand or audio signals from crew members.
• Load and move dirt, rocks, equipment, and materials, using trucks, tractors, power cranes, shovels, graders, and related equipment. Drive and maneuver equipment equipped with blades in successive passes over working areas to remove topsoil, vegetation, and rocks, and to distribute and level earth or terrain.
• Willingly attend and support Foremen/Superintendents during morning huddles and toolbox talks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Construction work covering many unskilled classifications requiring work of a physical nature. Performs a variety of work ranging from pick and shovel work to cleaning up lumber with hammer, shoveling and placing concrete, use of air tools under supervision. Cleans concrete joints and fills joints with sealing compound; Applies coating of oil inside face of forms and strip forms, unloads and transports reinforcing steel, cures newly poured concrete, assists pipelayers, works with dirt crew keeping construction layout stakes out of the way of dirt-moving equipment. May fine grade excavation and ditches, shovels hot asphalt material. May use power tools and other necessary equipment in demolition work under supervision. Installs and maintains erosion control. SUMMARY: Supervise and provide direction and guidance to field employees on day-to-day operations and activities relating to asphalt/paving activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Perform jobsite quality control checks; ensure quality assurance on all phases of work; visit assigned jobsites on a continuous basis to assess the productivity, quality, safety, and scheduling of manpower and equipment and report to the appropriate person(s); ensure efficiency and quality work relating to placement of asphalt; ensure the punch list for job cleanup is completed and a documented follow up walk-through done to ensure all punch list items have been addressed.
• Provide overall leadership and direct the activities of numerous field employees; fill in and perform other field duties when needed; work with field employees to coordinate forces when possible to increase productivity; coach/mentor field employees to improve communications on the job site; accountable for timely and accurate completion of employee paperwork/forms to include but not limited to Employee Status Change (i.e. pay rate, address/name change, termination, promotion, benefit enrollment, etc.), Performance Appraisal, Attendance Reports, Warning Notices, First Report of Injury, Accident Reports, etc.
• Review all projects to focus on equipment and manpower among divisions to maximize efficiency; review job costs, manpower, and equipment utilization reports; attend in-house preplanning/preconstruction meetings as required; ensure “essential information” for running a more efficient and productive jobsite is filtered down to the field employee level after every preplanning/preconstruction meeting (to ensure continuity and accuracy of information this should be provided in a standardize report format so all field laborers receive the same type of information); plan and review projects with other Project Managers, Estimators and Superintendents to provide input on jobsite organization and resource allocation; assist Estimators when requested with bid preparation.
• Monitor all job site operations for compliance with contract requirements for noise and dust control, non-interruption of Government activities, and utility shutdown procedures; Promote and enforce safety policies; have a solid understanding of site safety, health, and substance abuse programs to ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel at the jobsite. Address basic questions from employees, and/or know where to direct jobsite personnel to get their questions answered. Check equipment to monitor for abuse, neglect, repairs and utilization; work with Equipment Manager to make recommendations on new and additional equipment needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Signals concrete deliverer to position truck to facilitate pouring concrete. Moves discharge chute of truck to direct concrete into forms. Spreads concrete into inaccessible sections of forms with rake or shovel. Levels concrete to specified depth and workable consistency, with hand held screed and floats to bring water to surface and produce soft topping. smooths, and shapes surfaces of freshly poured concrete. Finishes concrete surfaces, or wets and rubs concrete with abrasive stone to impart finish. Removes rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, and patches holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound. Molds expansion joints and edges. Sprinkles colored stone chips, powdered steel, or coloring powder on concrete to produce prescribed finish. Produces rough concrete surface with broom. Mixes cement with hoe or concrete-mixing machine. Directs subgrade work, mixing of concrete, and setting of forms. Breaks up and repairs old concrete surfaces. Perform other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Cut, shape, and assemble wood, composition, and/or plastic sections with shop tools and equipment such as planers, jointers, shaper, routers, sanders, and various power saws. Assemble prepared components for various structures, including chairs, desks, cabinets, bookcases, and paneled doors. Prepare structures for finish applications by planning, shaping and sanding; using hand and power tools. Read and interpret plans, sketches, and shop drawings for milling and fabrication. Prepare materials estimates as directed by supervisor. Determine type and dimensions of wood stock to be used. Maintain and clean equipment and work area. Perform related duties as assigned.

Location: El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Full Time, M – F, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

SUMMARY: Driven orientated Sales Representative with the ability to generate leads, educate customers on products through workshops, demonstrations, and providing exceptional support to achieve the company’s sales target. Seeking a qualified Sales Representative who will have a strong understanding of sales process.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: As a Retail Sales member, primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Provide the highest quality customer service to all members and guests by greeting them with a welcoming, friendly, energetic, and positive attitude at all times.
● Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining a proactive, efficient, professional, and friendly manner.
● Set an example of professional behavior and exceptional customer service for all team members
● Ensuring that the store and service areas are clean and organized.
● Implement all processes and recommend enhancement of supply ordering functionality
● Keeps records, such as amount and cost of products ordered and/or sold.
