Position Summary:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRIMARY DUTIES: Report to supervisor before beginning shift for daily duties and responsibilities. Complete duties/responsibilities in a safe and timely manner. Count money/tray at beginning of shift and then count money at the end of the shift to ensure employee balances. Duties include knowing all the laws associated with selling items such as alcohol, tobacco, lottery, WIC, SNAP (Food Stamps), etc. Cashier should also be able to understand and follow the rules and regulations regarding all methods of payment (cash, checks, etc.) in order to perform daily operations, as well as respect any and all security guidelines put in place to prevent store losses (Manager Key Cards, Register Security/Control Checks, etc.). Greet all customers respectfully, charge correctly, and verify all transactions accordingly. Bag the customer’s purchased items when baggers are unavailable.

SECONDARY DUTIES: Cleaning that includes but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, and removing trash. Check floors around area hourly to make sure they are clean (safety purposes). Will be asked to do returns and stock merchandise if needed. Help other departments when needed.

Requirements: Previous experience is required. Must have Food Handlers Card and TABC certification. Must be able to speak, read and write in English.

Physical Demands of Job:
Stand and walk for several hours at a time. Carry/lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted, but always ask for help when needed. Know proper methods of using a box cutter/knife, pallet jack, hand trucks, and stacking merchandise. Know and follow our Safety Program at all times. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Fire Alarm Service Technicians are responsible for installing, troubleshooting, servicing and repairing fire alarm systems with minimal supervision. Use required tools and test equipment such as multi-meter, lifts, etc. to repair or replace fire alarm components. Comprehensive working knowledge of fire alarm codes and standards. Perform inspections of fire alarm systems as needed and complete reports for the authority having jurisdiction. Programing and software knowledge with a variety of fire alarm systems that is used when removing or replacing components. Troubleshoot to determine fault or faults to include ground faults with fire alarm systems. Repair or replace damaged fire alarm components such as FACP, power supply, alarm-initiating devices, etc. Communicate with internal and external customers as well as offsite monitoring companies in a professional manner. Construction

SUMMARY: General Laborers with Striping experienced preferred to operate equipment to form paving, seal coating and striping in parking lots and roads.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Operate machines to spread, smooth, level, or steel-reinforce stone, concrete, or asphalt on road beds.
• Observe distribution of paving material to adjust machine settings or material flow, and indicate low spots for workers to add material.
• Control traffic.
• Light burners or start heating units of machines, and regulate screed temperatures and asphalt flow rates.
• Inspect, clean, maintain, and repair equipment, using mechanics’ hand tools, or report malfunctions to supervisors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Signals concrete deliverer to position truck to facilitate pouring concrete. Moves discharge chute of truck to direct concrete into forms. Spreads concrete into inaccessible sections of forms with rake or shovel. Levels concrete to specified depth and workable consistency, with hand held screed and floats to bring water to surface and produce soft topping. smooths, and shapes surfaces of freshly poured concrete. Finishes concrete surfaces, or wets and rubs concrete with abrasive stone to impart finish. Removes rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, and patches holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound. Molds expansion joints and edges. Sprinkles colored stone chips, powdered steel, or coloring powder on concrete to produce prescribed finish. Produces rough concrete surface with broom. Mixes cement with hoe or concrete-mixing machine. Directs subgrade work, mixing of concrete, and setting of forms. Breaks up and repairs old concrete surfaces. Perform other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY: A drywall finisher is a skilled craftsman who takes over after the drywall panel hangers leave, and it’s his job to prepare the wall for paint, texture or wall covering.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: A drywall finisher is responsible for applying drywall compound to the seams between drywall panels and to nail and screw indentations on the surface of the panels. The finisher will work on new walls and ceilings, and may repair existing walls as well. He may prepare high walls and ceilings that require the use of ladders or scaffolding. SUMMARY: Smooth’s and finishes surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, or curbs to specified textures by performing the following duties. Labor workers will be removing concrete debri, tying rebar, laying concrete and moving company vehicles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Formsetter- form setting concrete work, construction the formwork for placement of concrete, assembles column or wall formwork, set anchor bolts templates, also does sawing, stripping, nailing, measuring, tightening/loosing bolts, drilling and moving Synergy Vehicles.

SUMMARY: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes. May install or service street lights, intercom systems, or electrical control systems.

Qualifications: Valid Journeyman Electrician License through TDLR, commercial and industrial experience (mfg), middle voltage(480 220 120) and, valid driver’s license. Experienced is a must.

SUMMARY: Perform a variety of routine and complex transportation work. Responsible to for garbage collection services in order to ensure that garbage is transported and disposed of in an appropriate manner.

SUMMARY: Responsible for pickup and delivery of internal and external correspondence, specimens, supplies and medical records within the Las Palmas and Del Sol facilities, to include the outlaying facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Deliver and transport patient records, documents, and reports to and from designated facilities, doctor offices and other areas as directed
2. Deliver miscellaneous internal and external correspondence, laboratory specimens, supplies, funds, x-ray films/CDs, Dietary orders and equipment as directed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Individual will be responsible to drive two elderly women to and from doctor’s appointments, shopping, church functions, and any other part of town the ladies wish to go. The women do not live together. They live in different homes and have different appointment times so the driver will drive one woman at a time to their necessary appointments and different dates. The driver will be on call 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The part runner portion of the job will entail picking up and delivering materials (intrusion, access control, CCTV, and fire materials) needed for install and service jobs throughout the city as needed. Same hours on call.

Qualifications/Requirements: Employment contingent upon pre-employment results. Individual is responsible, reliable, personable, has a good driving record, excellent customer service skills, and takes direction well. We will provide a company vehicle to drive.
