Machine Operator

Rate of Pay: $14 – 18/hour, Depending on Experience
Location: Various Locations
Work Schedule: Full Time M-F, 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., some Saturdays depending on work, hours may vary depending on weather conditions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Operates backhoe, excavator, loader, skidsteer and rough blade in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury and property damage.
• Under close supervision, performs activities related to all phases of construction.
• Observes and complies with all Federal, State and Company safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Reports all unsafe conditions and actions to a Supervisor and/or Manager.

Laborers

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Individuals will be laying piping for street, water & sewer. Laborers will be assisting the pipe layers with materials, keeping the jobsite clean. Other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY: A drywall finisher is a skilled craftsman who takes over after the drywall panel hangers leave, and it’s his job to prepare the wall for paint, texture or wall covering.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: A drywall finisher is responsible for applying drywall compound to the seams between drywall panels and to nail and screw indentations on the surface of the panels. The finisher will work on new walls and ceilings, and may repair existing walls as well. He may prepare high walls and ceilings that require the use of ladders or scaffolding. SUMMARY: Maintenance Technician needed for busy fast paced apartment community. Position requires 4+ years in apartment industry and knowledge of repairs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Experienced and ready to work HVAC / General Maintenance Technician needed for apartment communities. Position requires candidate to perform HVAC service calls and/or general maintenance duties as required, to effectively service and maintain residential air conditioning systems; and perform general maintenance service calls and other skills as required, to include, but not limited to, installation, repairs and maintenance to building, facilities, and service equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Signals concrete deliverer to position truck to facilitate pouring concrete. Moves discharge chute of truck to direct concrete into forms. Spreads concrete into inaccessible sections of forms with rake or shovel. Levels concrete to specified depth and workable consistency, with hand held screed and floats to bring water to surface and produce soft topping. smooths, and shapes surfaces of freshly poured concrete. Finishes concrete surfaces, or wets and rubs concrete with abrasive stone to impart finish. Removes rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, and patches holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound. Molds expansion joints and edges. Sprinkles colored stone chips, powdered steel, or coloring powder on concrete to produce prescribed finish. Produces rough concrete surface with broom. Mixes cement with hoe or concrete-mixing machine. Directs subgrade work, mixing of concrete, and setting of forms. Breaks up and repairs old concrete surfaces. Perform other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY: Work with gravel, asphalt, tar and other construction materials in order to construct roofs. Perform a number of construction and repair duties including inspecting shingles, roofing tiles and putting in place metal roofs. They also remove old roofs and install roof insulation that help counter severe weather conditions. Must have the ability to handle and operate machinery and tools that are required in construction work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: It involves heavy lifting, as well as climbing, bending, and kneeling. Work outdoors in all types of weather. Unload materials from truck and unroll roofing material. Lift roofing materials onto roof using pulleys or ladder. Clear debris from roof. May operate hand and power tools and variety of other equipment and instruments. Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials. Support position to include grading dirt, running a tamper, setting forms, and tying rebar. Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Prepare and serve foods in a prompt, efficient, and safe manner in accordance with Health Department codes and regulations. Following the Company’s menu, make sure the display counter is full and well presented at all times. Make sure the food looks fresh and appetizing to customers. Have knowledge of the department, including prices and names of products, and implement that knowledge on a daily basis. Keep work area clean (Health Department Codes and Company Regulations) and clear of all potential safety hazards. Make sure all food is labeled and dated.
Examples:
Cooks: Follow all recipes and menu items as requested by Management. Keep area clean and ready for service at all times.
Dishwashers: Follow all safety and health department rules regarding cleaning and washing of equipment.
Front line: Attend all in a courteous, friendly, helpful and be prompt in attention. Serve the required portions and price all items properly.

SECONDARY DUTIES: Cleaning that includes but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, and removing trash. Clean all machinery following proper procedures. Make sure food has not passed its expiration date. Learn to use a bailer. Work as a team so our Customer gets the best service available. Therefore, we need to assist wherever our services are needed or where our Customer’s needs lead us to. Help other departments when needed.

Requirements: Previous experience is required. Must have Food Handlers Card. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred.

Physical Demands of Job:
Stand and walk for several hours at a time. Carry/lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, but always ask for help when needed. Know and follow Company’s Safety Program at all times. PRIMARY DUTIES: Report to supervisor before beginning shift for daily duties and responsibilities. Individuals will be making and rolling out dough for tortillas. They will cook and package tortillas. Complete duties/responsibilities in a safe and timely manner. Greet all customers respectfully.

SECONDARY DUTIES: Cleaning that includes but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, and removing trash. Check floors around area hourly to make sure they are clean (safety purposes). Will be asked to do returns and stock merchandise if needed. Help other departments when needed.

Requirements: Previous experience is required. Must have Food Handlers Card. Must be able to speak, read and write in English.

Physical Demands of Job:
Stand and walk for several hours at a time. Carry/lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted, but always ask for help when needed. Know proper methods of using a box cutter/knife, pallet jack, hand trucks, and stacking merchandise. Know and follow our Safety Program at all times. Work several shifts; Company runs on customer’s needs and is open 7 days a week. Every department has a dress code and must be followed.

SUMMARY: Individuals will be preparing and serving orders for customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Individuals are responsible in assisting the cook with orders placed by customers. Individuals will help prepare the orders and serve them to customers. Will also help clean work area and follow all health standards. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have food handler’s card and previous related work experience preferred.

Duties include knowing all the laws associated with selling items such as alcohol, tobacco, lottery, WIC, SNAP (Food Stamps), etc. Cashier should also be able to understand and follow the rules and regulations regarding all methods of payment (cash, checks, etc.) in order to perform daily operations, as well as respect any and all security guidelines put in place to prevent store losses (Manager Key Cards, Register Security/Control Checks, etc.). Greet all customers respectfully, charge correctly, and verify all transactions accordingly. Bag the customer’s purchased items when baggers are unavailable.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: You will be required to measure and mix ingredients into dough according to a recipe and then shape, measure and cut the dough according to specifications. Bake drop and bar cookies, breads, and other products; package and label finished products for sale; clean the kitchen and wash the dishes; keep track of product inventory, and be available to assist in decorating when needed. You will be called upon to develop new products as well. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have baking experience and knowledge of the creaming method. Be well versed in kitchen safety and sanitation standards. Must be self-disciplined and punctual. Be able to create a prioritize production schedule and be competent in recipe conversion and scaling. 2 years job experience.
