SUMMARY: Performs bookkeeping duties such as coding, recording, posting and processing day-to-day transactions. Processes one or more of accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures. Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries. Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries. Maintains historical records by filing documents.
Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Individual will be answering client calls, in charge of collections and processing collections and assisting in billing as well. This individual will be organizing documents, and data entry. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information on available units

SUMMARY: Operate data entry device, such as keyboard or photo composing perforator. Duties may include verifying data and preparing materials for printing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Read source documents and enter data in specific data fields onto data entry system using keyboards or scanners.
• Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
• Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.

SUMMARY: The Receptionist / Payroll Clerk will be required to multitask answering phones and support the Payroll department in a variety of duties, including data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution, and providing statements to various departments.

SUMMARY: We are seeking a Medical Scribe/Medical Assistant (FULL TIME) to assist us at our pain management clinic. This would be a scribing role to include but not limited to organizing and dictating/typing physician notes and submitting procedure orders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Scribes accompany the physician upon patient interview and examination.
• Scribes document the physician’s dictated patient history, including history of present illness, review of systems, past medical and surgical history, family and social histories, medications, and allergies.
• Scribes document physical examination findings and procedures as performed by the physician.
• Scribes document the results of laboratory and radiographic studies as dictated by the physician.
• Scribes document the correct time of patient care related activities, including physician to physician communication, family communication and re-examination of the patient.
• When the physician concludes the patient’s encounter, the physician will review all documentation completed by the Scribe, make any necessary amendments for the provider to sign the chart.
• The physician is ultimately responsible for documentation of the patient’s encounter. The physician and the Scribe will make “chart rounds” to review patient status, delays, and any other care-related issues. All orders for patient care must be communicated by the physician and not the Scribe.

Machine Operator

SUMMARY: May operate one or several types of large power construction machinery, such as skid steer, end dump, bulldozers, graders, and or skid loaders to excavate, move and grade earth, erect structures or pour concrete or other hard surface pavement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Actively promote and willingly support a safety conscious culture. Follow all safety regulations and company policies. Take a proactive approach to avoiding potential hazards such as hitting utility lines, other equipment, coworkers and falling objects. Active participation in proactive safety programs to assist with reducing the experience modification factor. Take the initiative to mentor all new hires on your crew. Willing participant in safety-related training programs to increase skill set and knowledge base.
• Responsible for daily equipment greasing, morning “walk arounds” and fluid checks. Complete daily maintenance checklist to ensure your equipment is properly maintained, and to ensure the proper preservation of equipment maintenance records.
• Adjust hand wheels and depress pedals to control attachments such as blades, buckets, scrapers, and swing brooms. Start engines, move throttles, switches and levers, and depresses pedals to operate machines such as bulldozers, excavators, graders and backhoes.
• Align machines, cutter heads, or depth gauge makers with reference stakes and guidelines or ground, or position equipment following hand signals of other workers. Coordinate machine actions with other activities, positioning or moving loads in response to hand or audio signals from crew members.
• Load and move dirt, rocks, equipment, and materials, using trucks, tractors, power cranes, shovels, graders, and related equipment. Drive and maneuver equipment equipped with blades in successive passes over working areas to remove topsoil, vegetation, and rocks, and to distribute and level earth or terrain.
• Willingly attend and support Foremen/Superintendents during morning huddles and toolbox talks.
• Other duties as assigned as assigned by your Foreman or Superintendent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School graduate or equivalent specific work-related experience.

Laborers

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Construction work covering many unskilled classifications requiring work of a physical nature. Performs a variety of work ranging from pick and shovel work to cleaning up lumber with hammer, shoveling and placing concrete, use of air tools under supervision. Cleans concrete joints and fills joints with sealing compound; Applies coating of oil inside face of forms and strip forms, unloads and transports reinforcing steel, cures newly poured concrete, assists pipelayers, works with dirt crew keeping construction layout stakes out of the way of dirt-moving equipment. May fine grade excavation and ditches, shovels hot asphalt material. May use power tools and other necessary equipment in demolition work under supervision. Installs and maintains erosion control. Other duties as assigned.

Construction

SUMMARY: We are looking for hard-working, dedicated HVAC technician to join our growing staff. The individual in this role will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and fixing our heating and cooling systems. Candidates knowledge and experience handling, installing, and fixing HVAC equipment, and be comfortable working with little to no supervision.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Work in Orla, Tx with overtime as requested
2. Install new heating and cooling systems
3. Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
4. Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC system to increase longevity

SUMMARY: Fabricate and prepare for finishing various wood, composition and plastic structures, and fixtures for field installations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Cut, shape, and assemble wood, composition, and/or plastic sections with shop tools and equipment such as planers, jointers, shaper, routers, sanders, and various power saws. Assemble prepared components for various structures, including chairs, desks, cabinets, bookcases, and paneled doors. Prepare structures for finish applications by planning, shaping and sanding; using hand and power tools. Read and interpret plans, sketches, and shop drawings for milling and fabrication. Prepare materials estimates as directed by supervisor. Determine type and dimensions of wood stock to be used. Maintain and clean equipment and work area. Perform related duties as assigned.

SUMMARY: Smooth’s and finishes surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, or curbs to specified textures by performing the following duties. Labor workers will be removing concrete debri, tying rebar, laying concrete and moving company vehicles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Signals concrete deliverer to position truck to facilitate pouring concrete. Moves discharge chute of truck to direct concrete into forms. Spreads concrete into inaccessible sections of forms with rake or shovel. Levels concrete to specified depth and workable consistency, with hand held screed and floats to bring water to surface and produce soft topping. smooths, and shapes surfaces of freshly poured concrete. Finishes concrete surfaces, or wets and rubs concrete with abrasive stone to impart finish. Removes rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, and patches holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound. Molds expansion joints and edges. Sprinkles colored stone chips, powdered steel, or coloring powder on concrete to produce prescribed finish. Produces rough concrete surface with broom. SUMMARY: The Roller Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Breakdown Rollers and Finish Rollers. The Roller Operator distributes, breaks down, compresses and gives a finished surface to cooling asphalt.

• The first stage breaks down the asphalt mix with a breakdown roller.
• The second stage compresses it with a roller, and the finish roller gives the final finish.
