Construction

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Schedules and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers on the job so that projects come to completion by the pre-determined date.
2. Responsible for all safety aspects on an assigned project including OSHA requirements, promoting and encouraging safe work practices, and rectifies job site hazards immediately. Daily safety tollgate meetings.
3. Responsible for obtaining high quality workmanship throughout all phases of work on a project and to require adherence to drawings and specifications by all trades.
4. Responsible to review plans and specifications prior to, and during, a project to insure that all information is supplied for on time completion of the job. Omissions or discrepancies in the contract documents being reported to the Project Manager.

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Signals concrete deliverer to position truck to facilitate pouring concrete. Moves discharge chute of truck to direct concrete into forms. Spreads concrete into inaccessible sections of forms with rake or shovel. Levels concrete to specified depth and workable consistency, with hand held screed and floats to bring water to surface and produce soft topping. smooths, and shapes surfaces of freshly poured concrete. Finishes concrete surfaces, or wets and rubs concrete with abrasive stone to impart finish. Removes rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, and patches holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound. Molds expansion joints and edges. Sprinkles colored stone chips, powdered steel, or coloring powder on concrete to produce prescribed finish. Produces rough concrete surface with broom. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:. Individual will work for the sewer company and perform the mainline sewer inspection and report back to the lead operator at the office. This individual will pick-up the van, 16’ HI-Cube Van( Individuals must have ability to drive this type of vehicle), at the shop, drive it to the job site, work on the camera reporting, then at the end of the day return the van to the shop. This individual has to be willing to work in the field and help Project Superintendent with job site management to possibly include pipe inventory ordering and management. Other duties as assigned.

Administrative

SUMMARY: We are seeking a Medical Scribe/Medical Assistant (FULL TIME) to assist us at our pain management clinic. This would be a scribing role to include but not limited to organizing and dictating/typing physician notes and submitting procedure orders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Scribes accompany the physician upon patient interview and examination.
• Scribes document the physician’s dictated patient history, including history of present illness, review of systems, past medical and surgical history, family and social histories, medications, and allergies.
• Scribes document physical examination findings and procedures as performed by the physician.
• Scribes document the results of laboratory and radiographic studies as dictated by the physician.
• Scribes document the correct time of patient care related activities, including physician to physician communication, family communication and re-examination of the patient.
• When the physician concludes the patient’s encounter, the physician will review all documentation completed by the Scribe, make any necessary amendments for the provider to sign the chart.
• The physician is ultimately responsible for documentation of the patient’s encounter. The physician and the Scribe will make “chart rounds” to review patient status, delays, and any other care-related issues. All orders for patient care must be communicated by the physician and not the Scribe.
• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Maintain and demonstrate an understanding of the team approach to patient care and documentation.
• Complete and present the medical record in collaboration with the supervising physician.
• Pursue continuing education through clinical experiences to enhance skills and knowledge in the promotion of quality documentation.
• Communicate in a professional and respectful manner to the supervising physician and ancillary clinical staff.
• Medical assistant duties as needed as well.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to document patient care as dictated by a physician in a legible and clear manner, following all local, state, and federal guidelines for documentation.
• Demonstrate an ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy in accordance with governing HIPAA regulations.

SUMMARY: Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. You will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. You will deal with highly sensitive company and employee information. Responsible for accounting duties of the office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Answer and direct phone calls. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Responsible for payroll and reconciling bank statements using The Construction Manager software. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. Assist in the preparation of basic office functions. Develop and maintain a filing system. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have previous customer service and administrative support. The successful candidate should have excellent computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.) skills. Knowledge of The Construction Manager is a plus for the function of your job duties. However, the company is willing to train. Notary Public Certified is a Plus. Task-oriented. SUMMARY: Individuals will ensure that invoices get sent out and credit memos are updated. They will enter invoices to customer’s portals. The employee will also deal directly with customers and handle any queries or questions customers may have regarding their accounts.

• Compile, compute, and record billing, accounting statistical and other numerical data for billing purposes.

SUMMARY: Smooth’s and finishes surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, or curbs to specified textures by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Signals concrete deliverer to position truck to facilitate pouring concrete. Moves discharge chute of truck to direct concrete into forms. Spreads concrete into inaccessible sections of forms with rake or shovel. Levels concrete to specified depth and workable consistency, with hand held screed and floats to bring water to surface and produce soft topping. smooths, and shapes surfaces of freshly poured concrete. Finishes concrete surfaces, or wets and rubs concrete with abrasive stone to impart finish. Removes rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, and patches holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound. Molds expansion joints and edges. Sprinkles colored stone chips, powdered steel, or coloring powder on concrete to produce prescribed finish. Produces rough concrete surface with broom. Mixes cement with hoe or concrete-mixing machine. Directs subgrade work, mixing of concrete, and setting of forms. Breaks up and repairs old concrete surfaces. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Experienced Concrete Finisher. Must have own hand tools.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Construction work covering many unskilled classifications requiring work of a physical nature. Performs a variety of work ranging from pick and shovel work to cleaning up lumber with hammer, shoveling and placing concrete, use of air tools under supervision. Cleans concrete joints and fills joints with sealing compound; Applies coating of oil inside face of forms and strip forms, unloads and transports reinforcing steel, cures newly poured concrete, assists pipelayers, works with dirt crew keeping construction layout stakes out of the way of dirt-moving equipment. May fine grade excavation and ditches, shovels hot asphalt material. May use power tools and other necessary equipment in demolition work under supervision. Installs and maintains erosion control. Other duties as assigned.
