SUMMARY: Greets, seats, and takes patrons food and beverage orders. Maintains tables, chairs and restaurant clean and in orderly condition by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Collect payments from customers. Write patrons’ food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. Take orders from patrons for food or beverages. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Serve food and/or beverages to patrons; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required. Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes. Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning. Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request. Inform customers of daily specials. Clean tables and/or counters after patrons have finished dining. Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks for patrons, and chill bottles of wine.
Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods. Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware. Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens. Fill salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiment, and napkin containers. Escort customers to their tables.. SUMMARY: Prepares, seasons, and cooks soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other foodstuffs for consumption in eating establishments by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Reads menu to estimate food requirements and orders food from supplier or procures food from storage. Adjusts thermostat controls to regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, roasters, and steam kettles. Measures and mixes ingredients according to recipe. Bakes, roasts, broils, and steams meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods. Adds seasoning to foods during mixing or cooking. Laborers

SUMMARY: Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
• Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.

SUMMARY: General Laborers with Striping experienced preferred to operate equipment to form striping in parking lots and roads.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Operate machines to spread, smooth, level, or steel-reinforce stone, concrete, or asphalt on road beds.
• Observe distribution of paving material to adjust machine settings or material flow, and indicate low spots for workers to add material.

Essential Job Duties: Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas. Disassemble broken or defective equipment to facilitate repair and reassemble equipment when repairs are complete. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition.
• Use handtools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, and precision instruments, as well as power tools such as pneumatic wrenches, lathes, welding equipment, and jacks and hoists.
• Adjust and reline brakes, align wheels, tighten bolts and screws, and reassemble equipment.

SUMMARY: Making sales. Responsible for providing excellent customer service. Operate cash register to itemize and process sales quickly, accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate must possess a commitment to service, excellent interpersonal skills and must be able to work in a team environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints in a professional manner. SUMMARY: Represent the firm with clients and consultants on virtually any range of subjects related to architecture and construction and make decisions on behalf of the firm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct team members (employees and consultants) at all levels of contract administration. Control any number of projects at various stages of work. Consults with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation, and prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time. Spreads concrete into inaccessible sections of forms with rake or shovel. Levels concrete to specified depth and workable consistency, with hand held screed and floats to bring water to surface and produce soft topping. smooths, and shapes surfaces of freshly poured concrete. Finishes concrete surfaces, or wets and rubs concrete with abrasive stone to impart finish. Removes rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, and patches holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound. Molds expansion joints and edges. Sprinkles colored stone chips, powdered steel, or coloring powder on concrete to produce prescribed finish. Produces rough concrete surface with broom. SUMMARY: Perform a number of tasks, including inspecting shingles, roofing tiles and putting in place metal roofs. They also remove old roofs and install roof insulation that help counter severe weather conditions. Fabricate, assembly, installation, and repair sheet metal products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: It involves heavy lifting, as well as climbing, bending, and kneeling. Work outdoors in all types of weather. Unload materials from truck and unroll roofing material. Lift roofing materials onto roof using pulleys or ladder. Clear debris from roof. May operate hand and power tools and variety of other equipment and instruments. Work may involve any of the following: setting up and operating fabricating machines to cut, bend, and straighten sheet metal; shaping metal over anvils, blocks, or forms using hammer; operating soldering and welding equipment to join sheet metal parts; or inspecting, assembling, and smoothing seams and joints of burred surfaces. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Must be able to read blue prints for concrete specifications, Must have previous experience with concrete and cement. Individual will deal with subcontractors and Supervisors. Foreman will supervise the crews working on his projects. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Experience is a must. Must have reliable transportation.

ROP: $10 – $15 per hour Depending on Experience

Work Schedule: Full-time, M – F 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

SUMMARY: Apply insulating materials to pipes or ductwork, or other mechanical systems in order to help control and maintain temperature.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Measure and cut insulation for covering surfaces, using tape measures, handsaws, knives, and scissors. Remove or seal off old asbestos insulation, following safety procedures. Fit insulation around obstructions, and shape insulating materials and protective coverings as required. Determine the amounts and types of insulation needed, and methods of installation, based on factors such as location, surface shape, and equipment use. Install sheet metal around insulated pipes with screws in order to protect the insulation from weather conditions or physical damage.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Operate one or several types of power construction equipment, scrapers and excavators to excavate, move, and grade earth, erect structures.
QUALIFICATIONS: Individuals must have two years of experience in underground sewer and water. Must be experienced to operate scraper and excavator. Must be operators for street, water & sewer construction.

ROP: $13/hr. Depending on Experience
Work Schedule: Full Time

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Individuals will be driving the company service truck to multiple sites around town performing basic repairs and service to construction equipment including oil changes, hydraulic maintenance and refueling. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Individuals must have two years of experience in underground sewer and water. Must have CDL with Hazmat Endorsement.

ROP: Pipelayers $11 – $12/Depending on Experience, Pipelayer Helper $9 – $10/Depending on Experience, Laborers $8.00/hr.
Work Schedule: Full Time

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Individuals will be laying piping for street, water & sewer. Laborers will be assisting the pipelayers with materials, keeping the jobsite clean. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Individuals must have two years of experience in underground sewer and water. Must have worked in street, water & sewer construction.
