JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Operations Manager/Alternate Administrator/Business Manager, the client care coordinator will provide support and office services to the staff, clients and providers. The Client Care Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Being potential caregiver itself (i.e., taking place of substitute caregiver if no caregiver is found)
· Follow Inactive Caregivers Procedures (i.e., changing work status on provider’s profile immediately, making a note with reason of inactivation and details on last day of work and last client they had, call them to offer them available clients and make notes to whether they took job or not)
· Follow-up of Accounts Receivable (Medicaid Connections and Private Pay connection/action)
· Collections of Private Pay delinquent accounts
· Refer clients to respective entities accordingly to their needs (i.e., more hours of home care services; Molina, need a companion; Senior Companion, need transportation to doctors’ appointments; Medicaid Transportation, need medical supplies including diapers and have Medicare; Premier Group, need food, diapers, wheelchair and do not have Medicare; Modesto’s Pantry)
· Filing Clients files
· Maintaining Client file up to date
· Review Client files regularly to see if in compliance
· Complete and turn in a Daily Log Sheet (provide work activity in this log, scan it to Home watch Staff, turn in original Log to Corresponding Supervisor)

• Analyze business requirements and customer needs to fulfill business requirements.

Laborers

ROP: $10.50/hr., Depends on Experience

Work Schedule: Full Time
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Individuals will be Hand digging with long handled shovel to locate underground utilities. Once utilities are located the laborer will now become a spotter for the mechanical digging equipment. Either a back-hoe or an excavator. Laborer will also move dirt/earth to include rocks away from trench/excavation edges with hand shovel. Basically the main duty for the laborer is to dig with hand implements. Must be able to drive a 1-ton pick-up truck. Be able to hook-up a utility trailer to the pick-up truck and load and un-load equipment, tools, and material. Laborer will also be cleaning any and all tools and equipment which are used in the field. Must be able to follow precise directions and be aware of On the Job Safety in all aspects of his duties. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Individuals with oil and gas industry experience are a good fit. Must have Valid Driver’s License and be subject to random drug tests once employed with company. Individuals must be physical able to handle physical constraints of job. Candidates must be mechanically inclined and acclimated to work in cold and hot weather as the seasons change. Job Duties: Sew – vamp (chinela) on boot tops (cortes), punch out holes for pull holes & sew, detailed inlays, welt (rivete) on scallop (escala), etc..

2. Industrial Post/Flat Heavy Duty Sewing Machine Operator (pay rate $8.00 – $9.00 an hour) –
Job Duties: Sew – put piping (vivo) on boot tops (cortes), close tops together (cerrar cortes)

3. Gluing tops together (Empalmar) (pay rate $9.00 – $10.00 an hour) –
Job Duties: spreading cement on back part of boot top, adding welt (rivete) on scallop, sandwiching
piece of leather on tops for inlays before putting lining on tops (when applicable), adding cotton thread for corded tops, sewing labels and top back support (calzador) on lining.
