SUMMARY: Grill Cooks are chefs that prepare all types of grilled foods. They work with a wide selection of foods such as meats, seafood and vegetables.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Grill Cooks are required by the US Department of Health to practice safe food handling when performing their duties. They are responsible for preparing the food to be grilled, as well as peel and chop vegetables, clean fish or poultry, trim meat, and make meat patties. They assemble, measure and mix all the required ingredients for the dishes they have to prepare. Depending on the preferences of customers, they grill meat as rare, medium or well done. Grill cooks may also have to do the plating and presentation of the grilled food in the manner prescribed by the restaurant. They may also have to grill large pieces of meat which they have to carve as well and serve to customers. Aside from grilling foods, grill chefs may also need to bake, fry or microwave the dishes they prepare. Grill cooks may also be made responsible for making sure that all necessary ingredients are in stock and stored properly. They keep an inventory of all essential items. If they happen to work in a large restaurant, they may have to manage a team composed of prep and line cooks.

Machine Operator

Essential Job Duties: Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move it around the warehouse to ensure timely and complete delivery. SUMMARY: Responsible for hands-on production work and related tasks. The tasks are labor-intensive in which we roll, assemble, shred, and portion food and food components. The operator will be expected to work on their feet throughout the day shift.

Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces prior to the start of shift.

Accountable to: Maintenance Supervisor

On Going Duties:
• Responsible for helping Maintenance Supervisor.
• Help repair plumbing, electrical and all other problems in the interior and exterior
of the buildings on the campus.
• Assist to drive to pickups points for donated items. Load items and take to destination and unload.
• Assist with food and jacket’s pickups from food bank and various locations when needed. Unload and store as directed by warehouse coordinator and programs director, according to city and health department codes, and necessities of the program and donation.

SUMMARY: We are looking for hard-working, dedicated HVAC Installer to join our growing staff. The individual in this role will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and fixing our customers’ heating and cooling systems. Candidates should have 2-5years extensive experience handling, installing, and fixing HVAC equipment, and be comfortable working with little to no supervision.

CQC SYSTEM MANAGER:

The CQC System Manager must have successfully completed the USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors course.
