Spreads concrete into inaccessible sections of forms with rake or shovel. Drywall Finisher

Summary: Seals joints between plasterboard and other wallboards to prepare wall surface for painting or papering.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Mixes sealing compound by hand or with portable using trowel, broad knife, or spatula. Presses paper tape over joint to embed tape into compound and seal joint or tapes joint, using mechanical applicator that spreads compound and embeds tape in one operation. Spreads and smooth’s cementing material over tape, using trowel or floating machine to blend joint with wall surface. Sands rough spots after cement has dried. Fills cracks and holes in walls and ceiling with sealing compound. May install metal molding at corners in lieu of sealant and tape. May apply texturing compound and primer to walls and ceiling preparatory to final finishing, using brushes, roller, or spray gun.

Requirements: 5 years’ Experience. Must have own personal protective equipment and tools.. Physically, workers must be able to: See well (naturally or with correction); Climb and/or maintain balance; Stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; Reach for, handle, and manipulate objects; Lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more; and work at heights.

Drywall Taper

Summary: Prepare a wet compound, press it into joints, nail or screw holes in the drywall and cover the wet material with tape. When a high level of finish is required, they may also apply two more coats of compound, each of which is sanded to make it smooth. May use automatic tools to apply tape and compound in one step, as well as spray guns to apply decorative, textured surfaces.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Embed tape, including: mix taping muds; repair fractured drywall (GWB); install joint tape on drywall; roll and glaze inside angles; spot screw heads fastening drywall panels; repair drywall around electrical receptacles. Other duties as assigned.

DRIVER

JOB SUMMARY: The driver will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of steel products to customers from the distribution center. This includes loading and unloading materials, route planning, basic vehicle maintenance, and adherence to all safety and transportation regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Ensure timely delivery of steel products to customers according to assigned routes.
• Ensure that materials are transported safely and delivered in good condition.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of loaded and delivered products.
• Load and unload steel at origin and destination points using appropriate equipment (e.g., forklifts, cranes, etc.).
• Maintain the vehicle in good working condition by performing daily inspections and reporting any mechanical issues.

SUMMARY: Drivers will driving a semi (Peterbilt with 32ft. Mac end dump trailer) within
the El Paso area to the designated location and disposing of the product at designated location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Drives truck to destinations. Prepares receipts for load picked up. Maintains truck log, according to state and federal regulations. Complete company paperwork properly and timely (timesheets, daily logs, pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms etc.) Maintains telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive delivery instructions. Loads and unloads truck as needed. Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water. • Source and develop new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls, and emails, leveraging leads from marketing initiatives, Viva Capital’s website, and CRM database.
• Conduct thorough prospect research to prepare for calls, gathering pertinent company background and lead information to tailor outreach.
• Analyze prospective clients’ businesses to recommend appropriate factoring products and negotiate terms to secure agreements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and pipeline management.
• Serve as the primary owner of the deal from first contact through initial funding, maintaining accountability for momentum and communication through underwriting and onboarding.
• Build and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and renewals amidst competitive pressures.
• Monitor the competitive landscape to position Viva Capital’s services effectively and stay informed on market trends.
• Generate new leads through personal networks and relationships to expand the client pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and client onboarding.
• Continuously improve lead-conversion ratios across all sales stages to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Additional responsibilities as needed to support the growth of the sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in financial services or factoring (phone sales experience required).
• Proven history of sales success with a strong work ethic and ability to meet or exceed quotas.
• Expertise in telephone sales processes and the sales cycle, with formal sales training preferred.
• Knowledge of invoice factoring or accounts receivable financing is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication, follow-up, and people skills with a customer satisfaction mindset.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Meticulous, organized, and adaptable in a high-pressure environment.

• Competitive base salary plus uncapped incentive compensation tied directly to funded volume and portfolio performance.

Working Hours:
• Standard office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Mountain Time).
• Availability to respond to customer inquiries (leads) outside of business hours as needed.
