Store Manager
Location: Various Locations
Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. Totaling 40 hours a week.
ROP: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
SUMMARY: The Store Manager is responsible for facilitating and supervising daily operations at the store to ensure employees work together effectively to achieve sales goals and maintain overall store operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Store Manager’s job is to supervise department operations, communicate with vendors about inventory orders, schedule employee shifts, train employees, and ensure customer service standards are maintained throughout the store.
Job Skill/Qualifications/Requirements: Previous experience is required. Must have Food Handlers Card. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred.

Store Department Supervisor

SUMMARY: The Department Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned food department within the grocery store.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Department Supervisor’s job is to ensure that products are properly stocked, displayed, and maintained to the highest standards of quality, freshness, food safety, and customer service. The Department Supervisor leads and supports department employees, monitors inventory levels, helps control costs, and works to achieve sales and profitability goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Assistant Store Manager

SUMMARY: The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and achievement of sales and profitability goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Assistant Store Manager helps supervise employees, maintain store standards, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures. This position serves as a leader on the sales floor and helps ensure smooth operations across all departments.
