LABOR FOR LANDSCAPING

Rate of Pay: $12/hr.,Depends on Experience.

SUMMARY: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of segmental concrete masonry wall units.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Gather and remove litter.
• Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes.
• Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws.
• Water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans.
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws.
• Other duties assigned.

Qualifications: Willing to train. Must be willing to work in hot sun.


HVAC/General Apartment Maintenance Technician w/Experience

Rate of Pay: $12/hr., Depending on Experience
Location: 5515 Alabama Street Leasing Office
Work Schedule: Full Time, M – F 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

SUMMARY: Maintenance Technician needed for busy fast paced apartment community. Position requires 4+ years in apartment industry and knowledge of repairs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Experienced and ready to work HVAC / General Maintenance Technician needed for apartment communities. Position requires candidate to perform HVAC service calls and/or general maintenance duties as required, to effectively service and maintain residential air conditioning systems; and perform general maintenance service calls and other skills as required, to include, but not limited to, installation, repairs and maintenance to building, facilities, and service equipment. Basic knowledge of general maintenance repairs is a MUST. Only experienced need apply.
• Technician should be capable of responding to a variety of trouble calls such as, but not limited to, hot/cold issues, general plumbing, carpentry work, electrical repairs, plumbing & piping repairs, patch/texture/paint, lighting issues, minor leaks and general customer service skills (face to face communication)
• Technician must have advanced understanding how to trouble shoot systems including, circulating water systems, pumps, motors, and control system
• Must be able to work from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, scaffolding, etc., utilizing fall protection equipment as necessary to complete tasks.
• Maintains records for inventory of repair supplies and materials; prepares materials requisitions for approval of supervisor as replacement needs dictate
• Must be able to effectively work alone or in groups with others.
• Assists other Trades as directed by Supervisor
• Must have flexibility to work overtime and all assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays, and serve on an on-call basis, as may be dictated by the needs of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Requires knowledge of tools and equipment related to trade, as well as basic shop math abilities.
• Effectively communicate in a positive, proactive manner with all team members, customer, employees, and vendors; demonstrate team and values.

• Must have 3 years experience in apartment community living.
• MUST have swimming pool experience.
• Bilingual is preferred.

LABORERS

ROP: $11.89/hr., Depends on Experience,
Location: Various Locations, Must be willing to travel out of town
Work Schedule: Full Time, 7 a.m. -3:30 p.m.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Construction work covering many unskilled classifications requiring work of a physical nature. Performs a variety of work ranging from pick and shovel work to cleaning up lumber with hammer, shoveling and placing concrete, use of air tools under supervision. Cleans concrete joints and fills joints with sealing compound; Applies coating of oil inside face of forms and strip forms, unloads and transports reinforcing steel, cures newly poured concrete, assists pipelayers, works with dirt crew keeping construction layout stakes out of the way of dirt-moving equipment. May fine grade excavation and ditches, shovels hot asphalt material. May use power tools and other necessary equipment in demolition work under supervision. Installs and maintains erosion control. Other duties as assigned.

HVAC TECHNICIAN

Rate of Pay: $11 - $15/hr. Depending on Experience
Location: El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

SUMMARY: We are looking for hard-working, dedicated HVAC technician to join our growing staff. The individual in this role will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and fixing our customers' heating and cooling systems. Candidates should have 2-5 years extensive experience handling, installing, and fixing HVAC equipment, and be comfortable working with little to no supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Travel to homes and some businesses on a daily basis as scheduled
• Perform consultations with customers
• Determine customer needs and discuss all solution methods
• Install new heating and cooling systems
• Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC system to increase longevity

SUMMARY: We are looking for hard-working, dedicated HVAC tech laborer/helper to join our growing staff. The individual will work to train into heating and air conditioning installation. An HVAC helper's duties include driving material equipment removal, maintenance, and cleaning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Assists HVAC tech in the installation of refrigeration, air conditioning and exhaust fan equipment.
• Set desired range in temperatures of units in lifting, positioning and assist in fastening objects and equipment.
• Provided assistance in installing and maintaining heating and air-conditioning units in residential homes.

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES ASSOCIATE

ROP: $9/hr.
LOCATION: West El Paso, TX
SCHEDULE: Full time, Evening Shift, 6 positions

Objectives: Housekeeping attendants will maintain all public and private spaces to employer standards. Housekeeping attendants will be responsible for cleaning buildings, removing debris, and keeping areas neat and tidy. Vacuum and mop floors, sanitizes equipment, empties trash receptacles, and replaces lining of trash cans.

Reports to: Operations Manager

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sweep and mop floors.

CONCRETE FINISHER (10) & LABORERS

Rate of Pay: $DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE/HR.

SUMMARY: Setting forms that hold the concrete in place. Pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete for roads, sidewalks, and curbs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Placing, finishing, protecting and repairing concrete in construction projects. Work with proper machinery to safely place, spread, and level concrete. Ability to lift heavy materials and work long hours (standing and/or kneeling). Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or Higher. Experience with concrete required. Knowledge of power tools and machinery. Ability to work overtime as required.


CONSTRUCTION LABORER

ROP: $14 - $16/HR., DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
Location: El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Full Time
SUMMARY: Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. Assist carpenters and concrete finishers as needed. May operate hand and power tools and variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor. Maintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards. Material handling and storage. Load and unload trucks and haul and hoist materials. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Related construction experience preferred. Valid Driver’s License preferred.
