Welder Leader

ROP: $20 - $21/hr., Depends on Experience
Location: El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Full Time, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends
JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a welder to join a manufacturing company that produces with quality systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: The ideal person will perform and supervise activities of measuring, cutting, polishing, metal joining and painting, along with some repairs in different assembled materials.

• Tig and Electrode Welding Knowledge is a must
• Quality welding
• Read Blueprints and Drawings
• Take Measurements
• Knowledge of Safety Procedures and Requirements
• Planning and Production Scheduling Skills (Management of the time of the personnel in charge of deliveries)
• Organizational Skills for requisition of materials and welding tools
• Availability to travel and visit worksite
• Willingness to train, train and develop technical skills of your team's staff
• Time Management
• Responsible
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Graduation from high school, military schools, vocational school, recognized craftsman apprenticeship program or equivalent
• Experience in a combination of two or more skilled trades
• Current Welding Certifications
• Bilingual(English/Spanish) a plus

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Tig Welding Knowledge is a must

• Read Blueprints and Drawings
• Take Measurements
• Knowledge of Safety Procedures and Requirements
• Effective Hand-Eye Coordination
• Time Management
• Responsible
• Organizational Skills when Storing and Locating Welding Tools
• Other duties as assigned.
