JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing the company’s employee safety at work. The Safety Coordinator’s main duty is for the company to be in compliance with OSHA guidelines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Collaborate with management to develop, prepare and implement safety and security policies ad procedures.
• Work with customer portals and insure compliance.

Security Officers

Yard Foreman

ROP: $Depends on Experience/hr.

Work Schedule: Full Time
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Forklift operation
• Fuel delivery
• Care of welding machines
• Unloading trailers
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have experience in shop and yard inventory management
• Must have experience in the organization of tools and equipment

Security Guard Level 3

Sports Official/Referee

Pay Rate: $8 - $10/hr., Depending on Experience

SCHEDULE: Part time, Days and Hours Vary

JOB SUMMARY: The Sports Official/Ref will assist the Site Coordinator and/or Executive Director in managing Youth and/or Adult Sports programs for the site in accordance with the Association’s goals and objectives. This will involve sports program management, all sports related program supervision, promotion, safety, and volunteer leadership

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Improve and assist in development of all phases of sports programs for the site. Use of creativity is encouraged.
2. Risk Management - make sure facilities/equipment are clean, safe and in proper working condition prior to use and ensure equipment is used appropriately by participants.
3. Be responsible for all equipment owned by the YMCA. Must help set up and then return equipment to the YMCA.
4. Public Relations - maintain good working relationships with participants and/or school staff where the YMCA may be using their facilities.
5. Keep score for adult and/or youth leagues/tournaments.
6. Update standings of all leagues/tournaments, scheduled and on-going as requested.
7. Stay informed on all up-coming events pertaining to youth/adult sports.
8. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of gymnasium, office and any other areas used by the sports department.
9. Must be punctual for all assignments. This is an essential function of your position.
10. Supervise players at all times.
11. Be a positive part of the YMCA Team.
12. Assist with maintaining accurate records of participation in site sports programs as requested.
13. Must abide by guidelines set forth in YMCA Personnel Policy Manual.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

5. Possess current CPR training documentation showing successful participation therein.


After School Counselor

Pay Rate: $7.25 - $9/hr., Depending on Experience
LOCATION: El Paso, TX
SCHEDULE: Part time
Far East Mon-Fri 1:30pm-6:00pm
East Mon-Fri 1:30pm – 6:00pm

JOB SUMMARY: Provides supervised homework help, activity, enrichment and recreation for school aged children.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Regular attendance at Employer’s place of business and/or during particular hours, as assigned, is an essential function of this position. Employee must comply with and follow YMCA’s attendance policy at all times, unless a reasonable accommodation is requested and granted, as required by law.
2. Provides appropriate guidance, care and security in a nurturing environment to ensure safety, physical care and emotional well-being of the children.
3. Provides a variety of supervised activities to children including, but not limited to, arts and crafts, dramatics, story hours, indoor and outdoor games, creative movement and free play.
4. Provides stimulating activities that will enhance the development of each child.
5. Complies with Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services (TDPRS) minimum standards for child care at all times.
6. Supports the activity and program of the After School Site Director and assists with lesson planning and activity implementation.
7. Attends training and meetings as required, including participation annually in 20 hours of training per TDPRS minimum standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school graduate or equivalent required.
2. Must be at least 18 years of age, or 16 but enrolled in a career program through present high school.
3. Over three (3) months experience working with children in a recognized setting; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
4. Must have an interest in children and be able motivate children while remaining sensitive to their needs and capabilities.
5. Must acquire CPR, First Aid, DFPS background check, FBI fingerprint and food handling certifications prior to start of employment. Must maintain these certifications throughout employment.
6. If you have lived out of state in the past five years you are required to submit for criminal history and child abuse/neglect check for the different states you have resided in.


Licensed Massage Therapist

ROP: $Up to 35/hr.

Job Summary: We are seeking dependable, professional, courteous Massage Therapists to provide our guests with a wide range of massage services. The Massage Therapist will consult with guests to screen them for underlying conditions, and assist with selecting the appropriate services.
Massage Therapists will assist guests with inquiries, and explain treatments in a courteous manner. To ensure success, massage therapists will need to assist guests with selecting the most appropriate services for their needs and be skilled at performing massages.
Services provided by Massage Therapist: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sport, Trigger Point, Stretch

Reports to: Personal Training Manager

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring clean, safe and well-organized spa facility.
• Consulting with clients to identify appropriate massage services.
