Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Thursday 6:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. with a 45-minute lunch
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Fabrication of stainless-steel fixtures from shop drawings to completed build
• Tig Welding Knowledge is a must
• Thin gauge (14, 16, 18 GA) stainless steel welding
• Mostly no filler rod
• Metal cutting & bending per plans (secondary to welding)
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/BENEFITS:
• Graduation from high school, military schools, vocational school, recognized craftsman apprenticeship program or equivalent
• Experience in a combination of two or more skilled trades
• Current Welding Certifications
• Small shop with very low turnover located in Vinton
• Limited travel using company vehicles and trailers is required on averaging less than one day/night per month
• 2 weeks paid vacation (prorated 1st year) in December

EEG Technician
ROP: $18/hr. - $22/hr.
LOCATION: El Paso, TX
SCHEDULE: Full time
Summary: We are seeking an EEG Technician to perform EEG tests in a small private neurology clinic. The technician will prepare patients, conduct EEG recordings, and assist the physician by ensuring accurate and high-quality test results.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform routine EEG tests as ordered by the physician
• Prepare and educate patients before and during procedures
• Apply and remove EEG electrodes correctly
• Monitor EEG recordings and note patient activity or issues
• Ensure patient comfort and safety
• Clean and maintain EEG equipment and work areas
• Document test information accurately in patient records
• Follow clinic policies and HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• EEG training or prior EEG experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of EEG equipment and procedures

Semi-Trailer Technician
ROP: $12/hr. - $20/hr., Depends on Experience

Work Schedule: Full Time
Job Summary:
The Trailer Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on all trailers and related equipment. This role requires solid knowledge of mechanical tools, service and diagnostic equipment, and repair procedures. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Inspect, analyze, and diagnose trailers and related equipment for mechanical issues and faulty parts.
• Perform requested repairs according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance on trailers and related equipment.
• Complete trailer body work and undercarriage repairs (e.g., air bag replacement, cross-members, dolly legs, tandem systems).
• Develop and document action plans for all repairs; follow checklists and established protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including regular care of tools and equipment.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with coworkers and support team goals while being able to work independently when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/:
• Experience: 1-2 years of mechanical or equivalent experience.
• Certifications: ASE certifications highly desired but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment knowledge/skill test, background check (10-year), and drug/medical physical exam.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Ability to read and write in English for documentation and communication.
Physical Demands
• Heavy Work: Exert up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 20 lbs constantly.
• Frequent activities: Walking, standing, climbing, stooping, crouching, balancing, kneeling, and crawling.
• Manual dexterity: Frequent use of hands and fingers for grasping, typing, and operating tools.

Work Environment
Work is performed primarily in a shop setting - both indoors and outdoors. Conditions may include exposure to:

• Dirt, dust, soot, fumes, and other airborne particles
• Moving mechanical parts and electrical equipment
• Chemicals and limited ventilation
• High places, confined spaces, and loud noise
• Proper PPE and adherence to safety protocols are required at all times.
