JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing and directing the day-to-day operations of the organization. Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all departments. Works closely with owner to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Coordinate samples delivery process and supervise Samples leader scheduling, work prioritization, backlogs, IT system authorizations and general activities.
• Supervise Logistic leader activities, review scheduled product pickups or outgoing orders, review paperwork and assist in overall logistic process to ensure operational efficiency.
• Schedule and supervise JRS warehouse weekly activities, organize super sacks distribution and cleaning priorities, review documentation and product classification.
• Make sure that inventories are up to date through all warehouses daily.
• Supervise IT system inventories information input.
• Supervise warehouses product distribution and allocation.
• Supervise product classification, documentation and visual identification
• Supervise that JRS warehouse requirements to operate are updated and current with legal obligations or supplies availability
• Enable information availability through all company departments to ensure and ease daily operational activities.
• Collaborate with owner and other managers to define strategic priorities, identify growth opportunities, and address operational challenges
• Provide leadership and direction to department leaders and operational teams to ensure effective execution of operational plans and initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as accounting, Sampling, Logistics, and sales, to align operational activities with business needs and priorities.
• Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support operational activities and initiatives effectively.
• Identify and communicate operational risks, vulnerabilities, and potential disruptions to business operations.
• Prepare and present regular reports, analyses, and updates on operational performance, trends, and outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
• More than three years and up to five years or related experience
• Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of success in leading and optimizing operational functions.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to influence and inspire others
• Analytical and proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of operational best practices, process improvement methodologies, and project management principles.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, risk management, and quality assurance standards applicable to the industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Willing to travel to Juarez, Mexico plant.

Home Health Aide
ROP: $17- $20/per visit, Depending on Experience

JOB SUMMARY: The HHA is an employee trained to provide personal care and related services in the home for the sick or disabled when no family member can assume this responsibility. He/she functions under the direction, instruction, and supervision of RN’s, Team Leader’s, Nursing Supervisor, and Director of Professional Services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Assists patient with personal care (which includes lifting and transferring patients without assistance) to maintain good personal hygiene while maintaining a healthful, save environment.
• Performs simple procedures as an extension of therapy services such as ambulation, ROM, and exercise.
• Reports changes in patient’s condition needs to Supervisor/Team Leader.
• Completes appropriate records as required by agency policy.
• Establishes and maintains a good working relationship with the patient/family and co-workers of the agency.
• Participates in patient care conference to provide input requiring patient’s status.
• Understands and conforms to agency policy and procedure.
• Improves patient care through participation in ongoing education and QA activities as assigned.
• Ability to work well and cooperate with supervisors, co-workers and patients.

Civil Engineer
ROP: $Depends on Experience
Location: Various Locations, Must be willing to travel out of town

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Category 1: In Office Tasks
• Manage Licenses for RFF & SWL W&P at City of EP and Horizon
• Submit new subdivision plans to utilities via email/Dropbox etc.
• Coordinate Agreements, Contracts, plans and scheduling with Utilities
• Review plans from Engineer (Traffic Control Device & Illum Sheets)
• Coordinate easements with EPEC Land Management Dept.
• Coordinate with Post Office for subdivision CBU information.
• Submit for CBU quotes and order material.
• Have CBU installed at subdivisions and manage inventory.
• Manage exiting Grading and SWPPP Permits. (extension, new)
• Keep SWPPP Log for all active subdivisions.
• Digitally file invoices every 10th of the month
• Architectural review of builder’s home plans.
• Submit for Striping quotes at subdivisions.
• Submit for Traffic Control quotes and order materials.
• Manage Texas Gas Refunds
• Organize required paperwork for subdivision acceptance packages for acceptance.
• Order supplies for kitchen.
• Submit water, sewer, and storm sewer plans to obtain material quotes.
• Organize density reports digitally.
• Obtain latest plans digitally to give to field as needed.
• Obtain the latest information to email builders as requested: plats, grading, sections etc.
• Submit for new 811s and manage existing requests at active subdivisions.
• Order office supplies for engineering room (water & pipe co. supplies, paper, toner, etc.)
Category 2: Out of Office Tasks
• Inspect CBU mailbox material when being delivered.
• Inspect Traffic Control Device material when delivered.
• Deposits
• TCEQ Inspections (field log activity)
• Deliver/Pick up documents from utilities occasionally.
• Some permits still require in person payment/pick up (Anthony, some Horizon Permits)
• Inspect sign installation before payment is made.
• Various vehicle inspections and registrations
• Physical copies of plans as needed.
• Schedule and take truck in for service as needed.
• Deliver Holiday Items
QUALIFICATIONS: Individual must have previous JR Engineer experience.
Apartment Maintenance Technician
ROP: $15/hr. - $18/hr., Depending on Experience

Work Schedule: Full Time
SUMMARY: Maintenance Technician needed for busy fast paced apartment community. Routine maintenance for apartment complexes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: . Qualified person must have hands on experience and knowledge in the following: remodeling, lay tile, sheet rock, texture and paint and carpentry. There is a vacant unit that needs to be remodeled/renovated and this person will be responsible for start up to completion, so we cannot train. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have 5+ years of experience.
Maintenance
ROP: $15/hr., Depending on Experience
LOCATION: Vinton, TX
SCHEDULE: Full time, 40 hours plus overtime
Job Summary: Electrical, welding, fabrication, preventive maintenance, hydraulics, forklift repair and other repairs related to maintenance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
● Be able to diagnose electrical problems and fix electrical problems.
● Fabricate things that are needed for production.
● Be able to weld and repair equipment.
● Help maintain a preventive maintenance program.
● Be able to address any other things that come up that is relative to maintenance.
