Maintenance Floor Tech

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
• Steam-clean or shampoo carpets.
• Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
• Drive vehicles required to perform or travel to cleaning work, including vans, industrial trucks, or industrial vacuum cleaners.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floor and fixtures.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
• Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.
• Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more. Complete pre-employment background and meet hiring criteria. Must have experience with Floor Maintenance Equipment. Employees could possibly be given a raise after 60 day probation depending on work performance.


Janitorial Personnel (Airport)

Licensed Massage Therapist

Job Summary: We are seeking dependable, professional, courteous Massage Therapists to provide our guests with a wide range of massage services. The Massage Therapist will consult with guests to screen them for underlying conditions, and assist with selecting the appropriate services.
Massage Therapists will assist guests with inquiries, and explain treatments in a courteous manner. To ensure success, massage therapists will need to assist guests with selecting the most appropriate services for their needs and be skilled at performing massages.

Summary: Performs various maintenance duties and handles service requests requiring technical labor skills. Maintains and conducts minor repairs on the facility and equipment. Performs various maintenance duties, including processing service requests, repairing equipment, ordering parts, and any other duty assigned by management. In order to assist club members reach their fitness goals, Our facility must provide them with the necessary tools. Therefore, it is imperative that all equipment and the facility be in optimal working condition. Our Facility is a one-of-a-kind, fully interactive fitness facility. At our facility, we pride ourselves on having the most helpful and friendly staff. We want our club members to be able to enjoy our facility and utilize the most advanced equipment and studios. In order to do so, we must ensure that all equipment and the facility itself is clean, well maintained, and in working order.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related experience
• Be fluent in English, preferably Bilingual in Spanish
• Have a good understanding of how to safely and properly use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and tools and be able to repair items that may be damaged.
• Previous experience in repairing gym equipment preferred

Apartment Maintenance I

SUMMARY: Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
• Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.
• Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.
• Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have previous Maintenance Experience. Must have own tools. English/Spanish preferred.


Licensed Plumber

ROP: $15.00 - $25.00/hr. Depending on Experience
Location: El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Full Time, Hours and Days Vary, must be flexible
SUMMARY: Responsible for commercial and residential plumbing. Install, repair, and maintain pipes used for water distribution and wastewater disposal.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Plumbers will install and maintain plumbing systems. Coordinate with project manager on installation. Install systems used to transport water, waste, gases, or liquids. Ensure legislation and policies are met and that systems are up to code. Ensure systems meet all standards of building codes and safety. Cut openings in structures in preparation for pipes. Select all materials needed for installation, including type and size of pipe. Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment. Assemble and install valves and fittings. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed Plumbers preferred with at least 6 years of experience.


Housekeeper
