Location: El Paso
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday 2 p.m. – 8 p.m.
ROP: $8.50/hr.

JOB SUMMARY:
A Restaurant Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate order processing. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests, taking orders, processing payments, and maintaining a friendly and efficient front-of-house experience. Cashiers also support restaurant operations by keeping the counter area clean and organized.
JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet customers and take food and beverage orders
• Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change as needed
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
• Handle customer concerns in a professional manner
• Clean dinner room and restrooms on a regular basis.

Kitchen Prep Cook

ROP: $8.50 /hour
Location: El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday 2:00pm – 8:00pm.

JOB SUMMARY: A Kitchen Prep, or Prep Cook, is responsible for preparing ingredients and assisting in the daily operations of a kitchen. This role ensures that all food items are washed, chopped, measured, and ready for cooking, helping chefs and line cooks maintain efficiency and consistency. Prep cooks also help maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in the kitchen. Be comfortable to be in or next to a fryer.

JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Wash, peel, and cut fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients
• Measure and portion ingredients according to recipes
• Prepare basic items such as sauces, dressings, and stocks
• Label, store, and organize food properly
• Maintain a clean and sanitary prep area
• Assist cooks and chefs during busy service times
• Be comfortable in or next to fryer
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY: A Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in a kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. This role ensures that all items are properly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use while supporting the kitchen team in maintaining an efficient workflow. Dishwashers may also assist with basic cleaning duties, waste disposal, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and equipment
• Dispose of trash and recycling properly
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Restock clean dishes and supplies for kitchen and service staff
• Assist with basic food prep or other tasks as needed
• Other duties as assigned.
