Sales Representative

Rate of Pay: $12/hr., Depends on Experience
Location: El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Full Time, M – F, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

SUMMARY: Driven orientated Sales Representative with the ability to generate leads, educate customers on products through workshops, demonstrations, and providing exceptional support to achieve the company’s sales target. Seeking a qualified Sales Representative who will have a strong understanding of sales process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Exceed sales targets and convert prospective clients into repeating customers in a challenging workspace. Must offer a professional and high-quality service and follow up with Businesses.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prioritizing time and management and organization skills
• Highly motivated with target driven with record in sales.
• Excellent selling negotiation and communication skills
• Must have at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.

Retail Sales

ROP: $13/hr. - $14/hr.
LOCATION: West & East El Paso, TX
SCHEDULE: Full time, 9 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: As a Retail Sales member, primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Provide the highest quality customer service to all members and guests by greeting them with a welcoming, friendly, energetic, and positive attitude at all times.
● Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining a proactive, efficient, professional, and friendly manner.
● Set an example of professional behavior and exceptional customer service for all team members
● Ensuring that the store and service areas are clean and organized.
● Implement all processes and recommend enhancement of supply ordering functionality
● Keeps records, such as amount and cost of products ordered and/or sold.

Qualifications/Skills/Requirements:
• Must have knowledge of retail business.
• Must have proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Must have 2 – 3 years of Customer Service experience.
