ROP: $19 – $20/hr., Depending on Experience
Location: El Paso
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. plus potential Friday & Saturday overtime plus travel opportunities on expanding projects
JOB SUMMARY: We are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their craftmanship. The construction services covered are commercial construction & renovation, retaining wall and rockwall construction, and concrete works & iron and structural metals.

Job Description:

• Perform construction work with minimal supervision.

• Operate heavy equipment and construction machinery as required.

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Set string lines and establish accurate layouts.

• Perform grade checks, elevation work, and field measurements.

• Complete basic construction math and field calculations.

• Assist in coordinating site activities with focus on safety & quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experienced in multiple construction trades.

• Proficient with power tools & equipment.

• Ability to operate applicable heavy equipment.

• Ability to read & interpret construction plans.

• Knowledge of elevations, grading & layout.

• Construction methods & safety expertise.

• Self-directed field problem solver.
