Location: El Paso
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. plus potential Friday & Saturday overtime plus travel opportunities on expanding projects
JOB SUMMARY: We are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their craftmanship. The construction services covered are commercial construction & renovation, retaining wall and rockwall construction, and concrete works & iron and structural metals.

Job Description:

• Assist Technicians and supervisors with daily construction activities.

• Use basic hand and power tools safely.

• Support multiple trades across various commercial projects.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

• Follow instructions and company safety procedures.

• Learn construction methods, equipment, and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic construction knowledge or field experience

• Can work outside and in construction environments

• Dependable, hardworking & team-oriented

• Willing to work across different trades

• Willing and able to learn quickly

• Can work under pressure and follow instructions

• Motivated to develop into a full Technician
