Cabinet Carpenter & Laborers

Rate of Pay: $10/hr.

Location: Central El Paso
Work Schedule: Full Time M-F 7:00am-3:30pm

SUMMARY: Fabricate and prepare for finishing various wood, composition and plastic structures, and fixtures for field installations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Cut, shape, and assemble wood, composition, and/or plastic sections with shop tools and equipment such as planers, jointers, shaper, routers, sanders, and various power saws. Assemble prepared components for various structures, including chairs, desks, cabinets, bookcases, and paneled doors. Prepare structures for finish applications by planning, shaping and sanding; using hand and power tools. Read and interpret plans, sketches, and shop drawings for milling and fabrication. Prepare materials estimates as directed by supervisor. Determine type and dimensions of wood stock to be used. Maintain and clean equipment and work area. Perform related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have at least 1 to 2 years of cabinet making experience.


CONSTRUCTION LABOR FOR REMODELING

ROP: $DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE/HR.
Location: El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Full Time
SUMMARY: Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. Assist carpenters as needed. May operate hand and power tools and variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor. Maintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards. Material handling and storage. Load and unload trucks and haul and hoist materials. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Related construction experience preferred. Valid Driver’s License preferred.


Texas Licensed HVAC Lead Technician

Rate of Pay: $18 to $24 /hr. Depending on Experience
Location: El Paso, TX and Las Cruces, NM area
Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday, start time 6:30 a.m., overtime
SUMMARY: We are looking for hard-working, dedicated TX Licensed HVAC technician to join our growing staff. The individual in this role will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and fixing our customers' heating and cooling systems. Candidates should have 2-5 years extensive experience handling, installing, and fixing HVAC equipment, and be comfortable working with little to no supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Travel to homes and some businesses on a daily basis as scheduled
• Perform consultations with customers
• Determine customer needs and discuss all solution methods
• Install new heating and cooling systems
• Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC system to increase longevity
• Conduct performance tests with specialized tools
• Troubleshoot current HVAC system issues
• Repair damaged HVAC systems
• Sell ongoing maintenance contracts to current and new customers
• Keep records of customer appointments and payment transactions including invoices
• Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources
JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3 to 5 years installing Residential HVAC equipment
• Driver's License (Required)
• TX Contractor HVAC License (Required)
• OSHA 10 (Preferred)
• English (Required)
• Spanish (Preferred but not required)
• Ability to professionally communicate and coordinate in a retail and office environment with all project stakeholders
• Ability to use mobile devices to complete forms and required documentation
• Pre-employment background, Motor Vehicle Report, and drug screening
• Ability to assist in the recruitment of your team typically consisting of 4 to 6 team members
• Expected to have clear understanding of all phases of HVAC installations
• Leadership by example, be a working member of the team and mentor/train team members
• Ability to work overtime and after hours when required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements for workplace safety and conduct weekly safety meetings
• Weekend availability for service calls
