WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE/DELIVERY DRIVER

ROP: $10/hr., Depends on Experience

JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a warehouse associate/delivery driver to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, keeping track of inventory, cutting artificial turf, and delivering turf. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Complete diary logs into inventory
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Deliver artificial turf to multiple locations
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker and/or delivering
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• High school degree
• Must have Valid Drivers License and current Liability Insurance
• Able to carry over 50lbs


Warehouse Worker

ROP: $10.50 /hour
Location: Sunland Park, NM
Work Schedule: Full Time for the Summer

SUMMARY: Working inside the walk in freezer gathering orders and cleaning freezer bunkers and washing delivery trucks. Occasionally deliver goods to customers on Company vehicle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store). Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. Keep a clean and safe working environment. Maintain a clean freezer, wash delivery trucks. Will work inside a freezer environment 20 degrees below zero to gather ice cream orders. Clean bunkers and freezers. Clean the inside and outside warehouse. Do ending inventory on drivers and wash vehicles. Deliver freezers to account locations (when needed). Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: No experience requires, willing to train. Valid driver’s license required and must meet hiring criteria. Must be able to handle the wall in freezer temperature 20 degrees below zero.


Meat Cutter & Meat Packer

ROP: $Depends on Experience/hr.
Location: El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Full Time Hours Vary

SUMMARY: Cut, trim, or prepare consumer-sized portions of meat.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Wrap, Weigh, label and price cuts of meat.

Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.

Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats, such as beef, pork, poultry

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS: Experience is required.


Prepared Food Operator

ROP: $7.35/hr.
Location: 1133 Barranca Drive., El Paso, TX 79935
Start Date: As soon as possible.

SUMMARY:
Responsible for hands-on production work and related tasks. The tasks are labor-intensive in which we roll, assemble, shred, and portion food and food components. The operator will be expected to work on their feet throughout the day shift from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday through Friday (opportunities for over-time exist).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (not intended to be all inclusive):

Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces prior to the start of shift.

Prepare packaged food. Package finished goods.

Roll, assemble and portion food items (flautas, tamales, chile rellenos, etc).

Par-fry long green chile in hot oil vats

Cook and formulate food (includes moving/turning large quantities of food in the kettles with paddles)

Prep and cut all vegetables, potatoes, fruits for the entire day’s production.

Ensure that food is being held properly at hot and cold holding temperatures (when assigned).

Keep area clean. Sanitize all food contact surfaces as needed throughout the day.

Follow Company processes and procedures for manufacturing and food safety.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Person must show basic knowledge of general food safety principals, demonstrate basic proficiency in prep tasks and hold a valid Food Handlers Permit.


Warehouse Worker

ROP: $10.77/hr.
Location: El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Full Time,
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Receive, process and issue warehouse stock; assure stock and warehouse facility is maintained in a safe, clean and orderly condition.

• Receive, identify, label (if necessary) and place materials sent to the warehouse according to established procedures.

• Prepare various stock for delivery according to established procedures.

• Pick up and deliver items utilizing company vehicles as required.

• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping, pallet area, and workstations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Wear the proper safety equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance.

Valid Texas Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) must be obtained within 90 days of employment; must pass driving record check annually.


Production/Packaging Line (2nd Shift)

Rate of Pay: $8.50/hr., depending on experience.
Location: El Paso, TX
Work Schedule: Full Time, 2nd shift Monday through Friday 4:00pm to 12:00am

SUMMARY: Entry level job duties vary by department & can include: being on the cooking line; operating machinery and food equipment; making and labeling boxes; weighing, counting, stacking, bagging & boxing food products; stacking full boxes on pallets; moving full pallets with pallet jack; cleaning production / packaging areas; getting needed equipment and supplies; taking out garbage, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Our line work is fast paced and is best suited for high-energy, motivated individuals.
Physical requirements: occasional lifting of 40 pounds from floor to 55"; occasional lifting of 60 pounds from floor to waist; standing 8-10 hours; frequent to constant bending, reaching, twisting and repetitive hand motion.

Language skills: requires the ability to understand and follow simple instructions, and to communicate effectively both one-on-one and in small groups. Basic reading and math skills also required to ensure that the right product is packaged in the right quantities.

Teamwork and a positive attitude are essential, in keeping with our culture of cooperation and respect.

Ability to work independently or assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
Be able to walk long distances and carry at least 40 pounds of weight.
