SUMMARY: Productos Real is a food manufacturing facility specializing in wholesale Mexican foods. The Food Manufacturing Industrial Kitchen and Production employee plays a critical role in the production of our food products. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our food manufacturing team as an Industrial Kitchen Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for working in a fast-paced, hot, and wet environment to assist in the production of food products. Your primary tasks will involve preparing ingredients, operating industrial kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production line in the kitchen/cook room.

• Ingredient Preparation: Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to established recipes and production guidelines.
• Operation of Industrial Equipment: Operate industrial kitchen equipment such as vats, elevators, conveyors, and packaging machines, following safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Food Production: Contribute to the production line by performing tasks such as braiding, cutting, chopping, and portioning food items into racks.

1. Operation and Monitoring:
• Operate and control wastewater treatment equipment, including pumps, valves,
blowers, and chemical dosing systems.

Baler and Office Sales Dispatcher

SUMMARY: The responsibilities will be the following: The management of a cardboard compactor machine, as well as the delivery of merchandise to customers, must be friendly, reliable and disciplined, following the processes and methodologies governed by the company, as well as working at a constant pace to comply with the production schedule. • Run baler machine to compress and bind cardboard
